Daridorexant for Insomnia "The worst sleeping medication ever! Takes too long for it to work. Tried it for a week, but I had multiple sleep paralysis and horrible vivid dreams within dreams every night! I had to hurt myself in my dreams to be able to wake up. I feared going back to sleep while I cannot control myself. The experience was like some evil kept dragging you to hell. This medication should never have been approved for people to use!"

Daridorexant for Insomnia "I’ve been taking Quviviq 50 mg for a week, and it’s made a huge difference for me. I take it exactly as prescribed. I’m asleep within 30-45 minutes, and I sleep several hours at a time, about 7-8 hours total. I always have to pee in the night, and this is where it’s a miracle. I can get up, use the bathroom, and then go back to bed and fall asleep again. Before using this, I might be up for hours after waking up at night. It’s also improving my sleep apnea, which is strange but very welcome. I have had some vivid dreams, but nothing bad. So far, so good."

Daridorexant for Insomnia "It helps me without any bad side effects. I do have vivid dreams, but I was taking trazodone before, and it does the same thing. It took 3 weeks before it did anything. I noticed if you don’t take it consistently, or your refill comes later than expected, it takes another 3 weeks to get the effects again. I did stop taking it for a while, but I didn’t have withdrawal at all."

Daridorexant for Insomnia "I’ve been an insomniac for 13 years and have tried various medications, but with not much success. I came across Quviviq and decided to give it a try, and I am so glad I did. It’s still early days, but for the first time ever, I am sleeping through the night, yippee!! I did get some headaches and vivid dreams at first, but they seem to be easing off. Can I just say my insomnia is very severe, so I am over the moon I have found something that is working for me? So far, so good."

Daridorexant for Insomnia "I have been suffering from chronic severe insomnia for about 5 years, sleeping for no more than 2 hours or less at night, every night. Completely awake all day, feeling terrible and unable to nap. My life has been a living hell. Honestly, Quviviq has been the magic bullet. I have been taking 50 mg for about 3 months. It took a couple of weeks to feel the full benefit, but gradually I was able to sleep again for 5-7 hours a night, every night. Fantastic result. Yes, lots of bizarre dreams, not nightmares, but to be honest I enjoy remembering my dreams, even if they are a bit weird. Otherwise, all good. Fantastic new drug!!"

Daridorexant for Insomnia "Horrible experience with this drug after going through hurdles to get my insurance to cover it. It’s $500-600 a month! The first night seemed fine. I got to sleep relatively fast and slept okay for a few hours. Second and subsequent weeks, I slept in 1.5-hour intervals with vivid dreams and in a weird state of zombie (not fully asleep but not fully awake) horrible experience. I wouldn’t recommend this to my worst enemy! So much for the celebrity endorsements, they must be laughing all the way to the bank. I can see people possibly sleepwalking with this drug. Was so expecting this to be the magic bullet, but heck NO!!! I’m surprised they haven’t recalled this given the ineffectiveness, cost, and potential danger. Please think carefully before you have your doctor prescribe this."

Daridorexant for Insomnia "So far, after 2 years of trying others. This one works if you can deal with the dreams. I learned that if you chew them, it works better and less dreams and little to no morning hangovers. This was for PTSD not letting me sleep. Dreams are definitely there, but being able to fall asleep faster after is!!"

For Insomnia "I had a really good sleep. I went to bed naked after taking it, then taking a bath. I took my inhaler, I managed. Though, I went in bed and was out like a light switch. I had these cool lucid dreams like I used to have with sleep paralysis as a teenager. It was positive, and I felt I didn't want to leave that heavenly space. I'd call this some sort of spiritual experience for me. I woke up excited to tell my dream report. It was odd, but refreshing sleeping. Good quality sleeping. That was the best!"

Daridorexant for Insomnia "I had tried everything for sleep, including Lunesta and Ambien, and they would never help me sleep at all. When it’s time to go to bed, I always have racing thoughts, and that’s one of the reasons I can’t sleep. Since I started Quviviq, I can finally sleep again. Once it kicks in, it’s almost impossible for me to have racing thoughts, and that’s the reason I can sleep so well. I have tried so many sleeping medications, and Quviviq has by far worked the best for me. The only thing I don’t like about Quviviq is the very vivid, scary dreams. I very rarely have scary, vivid dreams when I sleep, but since I started the med, I have had very scary dreams. But it seems as my body is getting used to the medication. They are slowly going away. Also, my insurance doesn’t cover it, so it’s very expensive."
