For Osteoarthritis "Pain is worse after 6 hrs. Here 4 days later pain is about an 8 on the pain scale. I've been trying to exercise the arm and neck but NO relief! From Wed at 1pm till Sun at 925pm I have slept about 12 total hrs in 4 days due to severe pain."
