Welchol (colesevelam) for Diarrhea, Chronic "Just had gall bladder removed and then came the runs that won't stop for days. Started on Welchol and 30 mins later I was normal. It's great."

Welchol (colesevelam) for High Cholesterol "Medicine worked initially to lower cholesterol but became less effective as time went on. Also, taking three of those "horse pills" twice a day is difficult! They are huge pills."

For Diarrhea, Chronic "I’ve had leakage from IBS (irritable bowel syndrome) and this is the only med to stop diarrhea safely. Anti diarrhea meds make me so constipated."
