"Similar symptoms to BMS but also feeling teeth have moved. Clonazepam given by oral medicine to suck and spit x 3 a day. Working a little but still some taste and gum sensitivity. Not sure when to take the tablets to give relief. Three times daily suck and spit 2x 0.5 mg 3 times daily. Please advise if you have found helpful and when to take them."

"Clonazepam truly saved my life. The pain was so intense 24/7 I became suicidal. I have been taking the same low dose for almost ten years with no pain."

"Used clonazepam 0.5 mg, sucked for 3 minutes three times a day, then spit, which improved symptoms. Have now finished a two-week course and don't know if GP will extend it and how long to take it."

"Had to stop, as it is not FDA-approved for neuropathy, and practitioners will not prescribe in the current anti-controlled substance climate."

"I have been suffering from BMS for almost a year. I've tried all the medications the doctor suggested, nothing helped. Now, finally, I get clonazepam. However, I swallow it because sucking it is kind of painful. I don't know the right dose yet. I'm afraid of becoming addicted and that at some point it will help me more. Yesterday morning, I was in pain despite taking it, which threw me back. How is your experience? Is an occasional flare-up normal? I've only been taking it for one week."
