"Has helped me more than any other inhaler, although the side effects need to be researched carefully. My doctor did not say anything about taking certain antibiotics or steroids with this medication. A lot of medications mix with this one and have bad reactions. I have actually fainted several times, and I never knew when it was going to happen. But as far as the breathing part, it improved a lot."

"Breztri changed my life, for the better in big ways. I rarely ever use my rescue inhaler. Before Breztri, I used it 4-8 times a day. After Breztri, maybe 1 time a week to two weeks. Before Breztri, I couldn’t walk across the street without being breathless. Not the case anymore. I am so thankful for this awesome drug and would recommend it to anyone."

"Did not realize I could not breathe until my first use of Breztri. Slept for a while 4-5 hours then awake for good, very hot at night, crown-like headache, some urinary retention. Switched to just 2 puffs in the morning, getting better."

"I started taking Breztri Aerosphere after being hospitalized with pneumonia and being diagnosed with emphysema and COPD eight months ago. I stopped smoking and started Breztri. I was on oxygen for 6 months. My breathing is much improved. Breztri is easy to use, once in the morning and once at night. I have not noticed any side effects. It is VERY EXPENSIVE, costing over $150 AFTER insurance has paid over $600. Due to expense, I am going to see if I will be okay if I reduce the dosage or stop taking Breztri."

"The minute I used it, I told my doctor it was a game changer! My breathing was easier immediately! I have tried most of the others, and nothing helped as immediately as Breztri. I had no ill effects, and it’s as easy as any other inhaler. I use it twice daily (two inhalations each time)."

"Breztri works for me as claimed, however, the medication effect only lasts 3, maybe 4 hours at most. It would be great if the relief would get me through the day. Some relief is better than none, even if it is just for a few hours."

"I use a chamber with the Breztri. I find it difficult to tell if I have received the medication. It seems like it 'half works' - I don't have crises per se, but I always have COPD symptoms, breathing problems. I have had debilitating anxiety since I started taking it - can only get out of bed a couple of days a week. Overall negative."

"Used this inhaler twice yesterday morning, then in the evening. Left orbit swelled and became painful and red. Did not improve with eye drops. Stopped this medication. Am waiting for all symptoms to resolve and will try again. I have many allergies, so do not know if Breztri is the cause of this outbreak. Will try again after all symptoms are gone."

"When Symbicort and Spiriva seemed to stop working, pulmonologist diagnosed Breztri. Been on O2 24/7 for 15 years with COPD. It’s expensive but seems to be better. Thankfully, insurance covers most of it. Not a lot of options out there for severely diseased lungs."

"I have been on Breztri and thought I was having an allergic reaction, plus the inhaler never gave me a full dose. While waiting for my old inhalers to be ordered, I discovered if I took the medicine out of the yellow container and shook it up and down-not side to side-counting to 10, then put it back in the container, it would work 98% of the time. I would repeat that for the second one. I discontinued the Breztri for a few months to see if it was an allergic reaction of hives, and I believe it was. Although it was convenient to go from 2 inhalers to just 1, I am trying it again to be sure that the hives were not a food allergy. I’m hoping it doesn’t happen again, but sharing my experience of the container may help others to get a full dose every time."

"Same issue as others have mentioned. Inconsistent amount dispensed. Sometimes nothing. Some inhalers better than others. Very annoying!"

"Breztri Aerosphere works well until the 20th day, then there is a dramatic decrease in dispensed medication and then an increase in symptoms. For the cost, this is criminal."

"So far so good. The positive impact on lung function is noticeable. FEV1 increased from 22% to 43% within 3 weeks. Hope it stops the disease from expanding. The dispenser sucks."

"Breztri for breathing is great. But the side effects are awful. My neck and shoulders hurt so bad. I get these muscle spasms from the bottom of my jaw down my throat. I don't know what else to do."

"In May, I got samples from my doctor for a month. It worked pretty good, had just a couple of headaches. In August, I qualified for a year of treatment. I used one inhaler but by the end, the headaches started again. I started the second inhaler and the headaches got worse. I stopped taking it in the morning and only took it in the evening, but overnight the headaches started again. I decided to stop taking it for at least a week, and then I'll start again. Not sure what to do about it. I do feel a lot better, I can walk and clean the house without getting tired or being breathless, but I hate the headache."
