"Breztri works for me as claimed, however, the medication effect only lasts 3, maybe 4 hours at most. It would be great if the relief would get me through the day. Some relief is better than none, even if it is just for a few hours."

"I have COPD and started using Breztri. It has been a big help, and I am very happy with the results. Once in a while, I get a little raspiness and lots of thrush, but probably due to not rinsing my mouth out properly. The only issue I have, like a lot of others, is the dosage dispenser, it doesn’t properly dispense. I have had to endure low or no dose issues for a couple of inhalers before I figured out that the inhalers seem to be clogging up internally. I’ve rinsed and cleaned them and may get a couple of good shots, but just to have them not function correctly next time. It is sad to have a good product ruined by a clogged outlet."

"I liked Breztri better than Trelegy. The Breztri applicator won't work lots of the time. Then you lose doses by trying to get it to squirt out. It gets frustrating because it's expensive, but thankfully I paid for United Healthcare to pay for my prescriptions. I just have a very small co-pay. With this and Medicare, it doesn't cost much because I would be upset with it due to applicator failure if I paid full price. But I'm going to try the Trelegy tonight because the Breztri is starting not to work as well. Don't know if it's due to applicator failure and I'm not getting a full dose or because I've used it too long. Need to speak with my doctor. We'll see, I guess."

"Twice now I ran out of Breztri because the inhalers are defective. My last one quit working with 40 puffs, the other with 20. My pharmacy can’t refill because the insurance company won’t pay until 30 days go by. I may have to tell my doctor to change medication."

"I have been on Breztri for some time now. When I had insurance, my copay was reasonable. But now I’m on Medicare, my first fill of the year was 272.00. I really can’t afford that cost, but I know I need it. It is the only one I have found so far that really helps. But like most other people are saying about the missed doses, it doesn’t even last the full month. I hope they get it fixed."

"This medication has been extremely helpful, the only one I found in this class that works. It helps with phlegm, it opens lower airways fast and keeps them open. I have found no apparent side effects so far. The only drawback is price, no one should have to pay over $500 for an inhaler. Having worked in the respiratory field for over 20 years, I'm well aware of actual costs."

"Used this inhaler twice yesterday morning, then in the evening. Left orbit swelled and became painful and red. Did not improve with eye drops. Stopped this medication. Am waiting for all symptoms to resolve and will try again. I have many allergies, so do not know if Breztri is the cause of this outbreak. Will try again after all symptoms are gone."

"I have been on Breztri and thought I was having an allergic reaction, plus the inhaler never gave me a full dose. While waiting for my old inhalers to be ordered, I discovered if I took the medicine out of the yellow container and shook it up and down-not side to side-counting to 10, then put it back in the container, it would work 98% of the time. I would repeat that for the second one. I discontinued the Breztri for a few months to see if it was an allergic reaction of hives, and I believe it was. Although it was convenient to go from 2 inhalers to just 1, I am trying it again to be sure that the hives were not a food allergy. I’m hoping it doesn’t happen again, but sharing my experience of the container may help others to get a full dose every time."

"Breztri Aerosphere works well until the 20th day, then there is a dramatic decrease in dispensed medication and then an increase in symptoms. For the cost, this is criminal."

"Breztri for breathing is great. But the side effects are awful. My neck and shoulders hurt so bad. I get these muscle spasms from the bottom of my jaw down my throat. I don't know what else to do."

"Seems to take a while to get to working, 5-10 minutes. The rinsing of the mouth is a pain, you must remember every time. It does get me longer into the day with better breathing and stamina."

"The minute I used it, I told my doctor it was a game changer! My breathing was easier immediately! I have tried most of the others, and nothing helped as immediately as Breztri. I had no ill effects, and it’s as easy as any other inhaler. I use it twice daily (two inhalations each time)."
