For COPD "Doctor wanted to try this after nothing was working for recurring bronchitis for over a year, was given a sample of it to try and see if it resolves the nonstop mucus/cough/wheezing. After a full 24-hour period on this - yes, breathing is easier, lungs feel open - but pain in the right eye started right after the second dose, noticed being a bit shaky, head fogginess, heart beating very fast. Significant blood pressure rise. Not coughing as much or mucus coming up. Not sure though if the side effects I had after just 24 hours on it are worth it. Dosage - 2 puffs 2 times a day."

For COPD, Maintenance "The medication works great when you can get it to administer the way it says for dosage. More than often, it doesn’t dispense at all the first time. Priming it before every use is wasteful and shortens the prescription length. Side effects are tremors for about 4 hours."
