For Extrapyramidal Reaction "I was taking an anti-nausea medication. I had a bad reaction. I was experiencing movement disorders. I was given this along with an anti-vertigo tablet. I had to stop taking these a few days before the prescription ended. I am sure that it was helping me. I could not sit still. But a side effect I experienced was hallucinations. I've hallucinated before, I knew what was going on. But it sucked because I couldn't see straight. I lost my short sight. I could not read labels. Someone helped me fill my pill case. I don't want to encourage people to use this. It wasn't fun. Along with blood pressure reduction and anti-vertigo tablets. I couldn't see or think clearly. It was for a bad reaction from another drug. I think it helped. While it also made me hallucinate and lose short sight. It helped with the movement disorders. Glad things have resolved somewhat. I couldn't function on this long term."

For Extrapyramidal Reaction "I would like to add, because this drug was so mind-bending. If I didn't know I was hallucinating, I probably would have lost my mind. My mental state was poor. (Sad/angry) Head injury, mood swings. The hallucinations were intense. Kaleidoscope of colors, wood grain textures, and melting vision. All while feeling 'sober' / 'sick with a concussion' ... Feeling terrible. Again, it wasn't fun. I felt like garbage. On top of that, I couldn't read for over a week. I knew I was hallucinating because my head was clear. I was only warned of 'blurred vision.' It was very uncomfortable. I had to depend on others to help me. I couldn't see, I couldn't function."

For Extrapyramidal Reaction "I was initially prescribed Rexulti 2 mg, but the serious side effects prompted my doctor to reduce the dosage to 1 mg and add Benztropine 2 mg to alleviate the withdrawal symptoms. Unfortunately, after taking Benztropine at bedtime, I woke up the next morning with an inability to read or think. Despite going to work as usual, I felt disconnected from myself and struggled to complete tasks or even form coherent sentences. My cognition was severely impaired, and I experienced memory loss and confusion. Even four days after discontinuing the medication, I still suffer from side effects, which include blurred vision, bloating, constipation, difficulty speaking, and even hallucinations. I strongly advise against using this medication, as it can be extremely debilitating and negatively impact one's ability to function in daily life."
