For ADHD "I think it slightly reduces my anxiety. Impulsivity control, in my personal opinion, is little to none. Focus is not improved very well. Although, because anxiety is reduced, the focus becomes a bit more doable than without medication. I think overall this medicine does not work very well, although I am thankful that it reduces my anxiety and makes the day a bit more manageable. I would have loved to see some great effects the way people feel with stimulant medications, but that's not the case with this one for sure. The most annoying side effect is dryness of mouth, although it is reduced once you use the medication long term."

Atomoxetine for ADHD "I have been on and off Strattera for the last two years. Strangely enough, besides some dry mouth and dizziness at the beginning, I have no side effects at all. I went up on my dose to 75 now. The only problem is that it is hard for me to say if it works or not."

Atomoxetine for ADHD "Was on 80 mg for over a year. Never felt it helped. Got sick of the severe dry mouth, so I quit taking it."

For ADHD "I've been taking this med for about a week and just upped it to 80 mg on my own after seeing that so many people seem to be taking 80 mg. Prior to taking this medication (whenever I was mentally excited [running late, in an argument, stressed, etc.]), I was having issues with involuntary muscle responses in my neck, which, coupled with two degenerative discs in my neck, was making things very awful for me. So fast-forward to now, I find that these involuntary responses are less frequent and less prolonged in duration. I haven't experienced many side effects other than the difficulty urinating and the dry mouth. I'd recommend this medication for anyone to test-drive."
