Adalimumab for Psoriatic Arthritis "I took my first dose of Humira (injectable pen), and one week later I have a terrible itchy rash all over my body. I went to my doctor and am waiting on biopsy results. Since I had the rash, I got a steroid injection, which hasn’t touched the rash, and in fact, it’s spreading even more. No one can seem to tell me if this is Humira, but I’ve never had a rash like this before and nothing else in my life has changed."

Adalimumab for Rheumatoid Arthritis "Today is the first time that I have had a side effect. I've been on it for 5 months for RA. I have a rash at the injection site, and swelling burns a little too, just like a bee sting. But this doesn't bother me. I think I might not have left it out of the fridge long enough, not stopping it for anything. Helps with my stiffness."

For Crohn's Disease "I have 40 mg injections once every 2 weeks. Ruined my life. I was wrongly put on it by my doctor, they didn’t check my notes to see allergy, and I wasn’t aware. Causes rash and sores all over my body, I couldn’t move, my skin was bleeding and continuously got infected. I developed depression, suicidal thoughts, and insomnia. Had to go on strong steroids to get my skin anywhere back to normal, and my skin will never be the same again. My face used to swell up after each injection, and I was never reviewed after being prescribed it. Terrified of this drug and will never go on it again."
