"I'm so irritable before, during, and after my cycle. This is the only medicine that helps with irritability. It also helps give me energy because it has caffeine. Midol does nothing but handle my pain, and my cycle is much more than just pain."

"I have a lot of trouble staying asleep once I finally get to sleep. Multi-Symptom Pamprin, which contains acetaminophen, pamabrom, and pyrilamine maleate, will help me go to sleep, and I will stay asleep for 4 hours, but only 4 hours. For me to get 8 hours, I have to take two more tablets. This is the only over-the-counter drug that works for me. When I was younger, this was the only drug that would alleviate my menstrual cramps."
