Reviews for Percocet 10/325
For Pain "My pain is from a pinched nerve and cervical vertebrae c5/c6 pressing on the nerve root. Chronic lower back pain. It helps great for the pain. The side effects are a problem. Pounding in my ears is horrible. This alone makes me want to try something different. The other bad side effect is feeling to hyper to the point I hurt worse by the time night rolls around. It makes me feel like I'm not injured when really I'm overdoing it because the Percocet is masking the pain. Be careful when you take this drug. I take promethezine for nauseous times. Eating before you take Meds is helpful with that. I wish someone could tell me if they have experienced the ear pounding and what the doctor did for you?"

For Chronic Pain "I have had Reflex Sympathetic Dystrophy (RSD) for about 2 years now in my leg after 3 Surgeries to repair my achilles tendon and peroneus brevis tendon and a DVT. I take percocet 10, tramadol and baclofen. The med is a lifesaver. I am a nurse and work 12 hour shifts, lots of walking and standing. Not sure I could work without it. I'm only 43. So thankful that I was prescribed this."

For Chronic Pain "I am 68. I have pain in my back and legs every day which is worsened by standing or walking, so I sit almost all the time in my recliner. I go to a pain clinic and have tried Morphine, Fentanyl, and Dilaudid. None of these helped. In fact, at higher dosages they actually made the pain unbearable. Percocet is the only med that works for me, and when I first took it I felt like it was a miracle. I am prescribed Percocet 5x a day, Tizadine for spasms and Tramadol for breakthrough pain. I can actually garden outside again and have once again become active. I jjust hope I don't develop a tolerance because the doctor said this is as high as I can go, and I don't know where else I could turn. Percocet has truly given me my life back!"

For Chronic Pain "I have chronic pain and for the last 10 years have tried all pain meds and the ONLY one that works is 10MG percs. I take about 5 a day and I can work full time and live my life as it lowers the pain to about a 5. I just pray that they leave PM doctors alone with this new push to get rid of opiates. I need them!"

For Chronic Pain "I've had chronic cluster headaches for 40 years. I have tried just about every medication recommended for headaches. The only thing that works is some type of narcotic pain medication even though the use of these for headaches is definitely not recommended. But, for me that's the only thing that works. I'd rate this as a 10 for that purpose. I've been taking it for other pain the past three months; a badly broken lower leg and four broken ribs that happened as the leg was almost healed. This drug worked very for the leg, but not nearly as well for the ribs. I'd rate it as a 9 for the leg, but only a 5 or 6 for the ribs. I can immobilize the leg fairly well, but there's no way to do that with the ribs."

For Chronic Pain "I have a painful connective tissue disorder called Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome and have been having pain for 6 years. My pain has been rapidly getting worse for several months to the point where I am unable to work, take care of my home, or take care of myself. I was prescribed this medication after being hospitalized for severe pain so bad I was screaming, crying, thrashing around, vomiting and losing consciousness. IV dilaudid got the worst pain under control, and 2 percocet USUALLY prevents my pain from getting that bad, but not always. I find that when I take it with a muscle relaxer called tizanadine, it works a bit better. It helps my level 7-9 pain, but for level 10 I still have to go to the ER sometimes. But it's still a good drug."

For Chronic Pain "This has been a miracle drug for me. I had a severe knee fracture, followed by OA. The pain can be unreal! This medicine allows me to work, do my household chores, well..to have a life again! When severe flare up's begin, it lowers my pain to a 2, seriously without it, I would be spending most of my time on the couch. It has truly been a blessing for me giving me my life back."

For Chronic Pain "It helps. I need 2 in the AM to function without serious pain issues. Later , if I am hurting, I take one more. It gets me through the day. I get an Injection about every 4 mos. I'm 78 yrs old and in good physical shape ( not over weight, etc.) I had 2 operations about 2 years 16 years ago for spinal stenosis issue. I was litrerally crawling up the stairs to my home and in excruciating pain. 2 operations later, I was out of pain for a few years. The lower back pain came back a few years ago; MRI disclosed 2 spondys in my lower back (L1-L5). Three neuro surgeons agreed that I needed a total back re-construction ( 10 screws and 5 rods);there was no guarantee that I would be out of pain. I did not agree, found 10/325 and it works"

For Chronic Pain "I went for a over a year of burning and stiffening pain in my neck & shoulders. I was put on Hydrocodone to help with the pain. Finally went to a neurosurgeon & he ordered an MRI, found out I have DDD and 2 collapsed discs c5-c7. I was scheduled for ACDF surgery in February. After my surgery my pain doctor & my neurosurgeon agreed to put me on Percocet 10/325 & along with Tizanidine 4mgs (to help with muscle spasms) & was so thankful they did, it really helped ease the pain. 7 months post-op and I'm still on both meds because I'm having difficulty with the fusion taking hold. Going in for another epidural & trigger point injections. Hope this helps!"

For Pain "I have been on percocet 10/325 for 6 months now and I personally couldn't have asked for my pain management doctor to have prescribed anything better. I suffer with bad lumbar and left knee pain. My pain kept me at the doctors office and in emergency rooms and finally I have relief."

For Chronic Pain "This is one of the strongest and most effective pain relievers I have taken in my 33 year experience with Crohn's disease. I have only found IV Dilaudid (1-2 mg) to be more effective. RM"

For Chronic Pain "I have Multiple Sclerosis and I have chronic back and legs pain along with headaches and I have tried about everything else in the book and nothing seems to work except this. Take 1, 15, 20 minutes later it kicks in and pain is gone for a while (about 5 hours)."

For Pain "I was prescribed this medication for relief from "gallbladder attacks," until I could have my gallbladder removed. I have taken Norco 10/325 previously for a bulging disc. Percocet is far superior in pain relief, time between doses, and fewer side effects (in my opinion)."
