"Took 2 every morning for 10 years. If I forgot to take it, I immediately noticed my aches and pains and general malaise. While hospitalized for 49 days, I wasn’t taking it - I lost 17 pounds and had a normal appetite. A few weeks after returning home, with no changes to my activities or diet, I started taking 2 Excedrin again every morning. Within a few days, I started gaining my weight back. I have again discontinued use, and I am losing weight again."

"I started taking Excedrin Extra Strength just every morning for pain. I ran out of my regular over-the-counter pain medicine. After taking this for 3 days in a row, I started having rapid heart rate and palpitations, lethargy, and the ringing in my ear got a lot worse. I already have tinnitus and vertigo along with Meniere's disease. I was nauseated, shaking, and dizzy. All these side effects made it hard to even sit up or do much of anything. Definitely a bad reaction. It did help with the everyday pain I have when I wake up, but not worth taking with the side effects. I believe it's a possible allergic reaction."

"I love this medication, Excedrin Extra Strength. I take it for migraines, fever, pain, and colds or flu. It has worked wonders. In 20 minutes, I'm already feeling the pill work. If it's with fever, it makes you sweat like crazy. The fever it takes away pain, and it gives me the energy to do things, even if I have a killer cold."

"This is an amazing drug for knocking out flu aches for around 4 hours or so. I only take one caplet as I'm concerned about the potential liver and heart damage from NSAIDs. I approached this medicine very carefully, but nothing works quite as well! I made sure to eat a little food with it even though I wasn't hungry. A pleasant effect was that after it kicked in, I was much more interested in eating, which I think is important for healing."

"Because I have a Morena birth control, headaches are a side effect and can be as painful as a migraine. I ran out of ibuprofen, so my husband told me to get more but try Excedrin. My headache was gone within 30 minutes, and I had energy. I'm never going back to ibuprofen again. Plus, 4 hours later, my headache is still gone, no need to pop more pills!"
