Trazodone and tizanidine together?

I know you shouldn't take the two at the same time but if I take a tizanidine at noon, can I take a trazodone 6-8 hours later without risk of the heart effects?

Ambien not working for anyone else?

Trazodone - How many of you take Zoloft for depression as well as trazodone for insomnia.

My doctor has prescribed trazodone for insomnia but I’m afraid to take in because of the danger of serotonin uptake syndrome? Has anyone had this reaction from this combo? I take 150 mg of Zoloft daily. Thank you in advance. I’m very unsure what to do.

Buspirone - Does anyone else have anxiety with insomnia!? Does buspirone help?

Can buspirone help improve my sleep? I can't turn my worries off at night and when I do fall asleep, I don't stay asleep for very long. I do have ambien but, try not to take it very often.
