Is gabapentin 300mg and temazepam 15mg safe to take for insomnia?

I take 300 mg of gabapentin and 15 mg of temazepam for insomnia. Is there something safer? I am 86 years old. This combination works but not if I take it every night. Once ever 5 or 6 days works.

I am currently deciding between amitriptyline and low dose naltrexone for about of anxiety along...

... with insomnia and TMJ pain. Is LDN something that can be taken for a short period of time? Does it have a ton of reactions with other things such as gabapentin or alcohol? Both are only taken were used occasionally. Does this medication tend to help well with sleep anxiety and pain?

Klonopin during the day and trazodone at bedtime?

My doctor put me on trazodone at bedtime and Klonopin 2 times a day as needed for anxiety. I took a Klonopin this morning at 5.30am and it’s now 9.30pm… Am I okay to take my trazodone to go to sleep or wait and let the Klonopin out of my system. Idk I’m new and paranoid about it.

Lorazepam - can I take it daily for my insomnia? Does it have any bad side effects?

Switching from Prozac to Zoloft?

I've been taking Prozac 20 mg at night with 200 mg trazodone only to find out you should never use them together. I'm now out of the Prozac & am switching to Zoloft 25 mg starting tonight. Is there a probability of any side effects or issues that I should look for? Thanks in advance.
