How long does it take to feel normal again after stopping this med? I was taking 25 mg of Myrbetriq for IC/OAB for about 7 weeks. After the first few weeks, I started having insomnia and anxiety in the middle of the night. I attributed it to stopping amitriptyline a few weeks before. However, the insomnia and anxiety persisted. I started finding that it was the Myrbetriq causing this. I stopped this medication 8 days ago and my pharmacist said it would take 10 days to be completely out of my system. I feel horrible. No improvement from side effects. Not like myself. I get up in the mornings and my heart rate is over 90 just waking up! The anxiety is horrible and I feel sad about feeling so bad that I have asked my doctor to refer me to psychiatry. Looking for some hope.
When will the side effects improve after stopping Myrbetriq?

I didn’t experience all of your symptoms, but it did raise my blood pressure. Hopefully someone else has an answer for you about this.
Thank you! For anyone following this, it took exactly 10 days for Myrbetriq to be eliminated from my system. I am completely back to normal physically and mentally, to include my IC symptoms which is a bummer. However, I could not live with the side effects of the medication, so it’s one problem or the other.
