I would look into mushroom psychedelics and do a "guided trip" (where someone keep you safe while you trip for 5 hours) first. You will hallucinate for that instance. Afterwards, take "microdoses" - which are very small doses, that have no intoxicating effects but still promote a sense of calm.
Hi, Hope!
Yes, if you're having trouble sleeping then try taking it in the morning instead. Abilify can be energizing for some users.
Most people see improvement in the first few weeks but it can take as long as 4-6 weeks for the medication to become fully effective. You should let your doctor know that you're still having a problem with the voice hallucinations and get their professional advice.
Best regards and I hope you're better soon.

Also do you know how much weight you the average person gains on abilify?
If you mean you take it at night... just take another dose in the morning as long as there's 8 hours between doses. For instance, if you take your pill at 9pm you could take a morning dose anytime after 5am.
The average person doesn't gain weight on Abilify... weight changes only affects about 1-10% of users. But in clinical trials people that gained weight gained about 7% of their baseline weight. 7% of 120lbs is 8.4lbs.
Thanks
