General adverse events
The most frequently reported side effects were gastrointestinal in nature and included constipation, abdominal pain, and abdominal discomfort.[Ref]

- Very common (10% or more): Constipation, abdominal pain, abdominal discomfort
- Common (1% to 10%): Hematochezia, hemorrhoid hemorrhage, abdominal distention, dyspepsia, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, flatulence
- Uncommon (0.1% to 1%): Belching, gastrointestinal bleeding, peptic ulcer, hemorrhoids
