For Bowel Preparation: Tastes like sweet and salty chalk but I didn't mind. I am on 2nd bottle now. Tons of water and clear pedialyte so I have zero dehydration, no headaches or anything, no cramps, no nausea. Worried a bit because I only have a small amount of bowel movements that were just liquid and now nothing. That's it? Did it work? I go in for the colonoscopy in about 3 hours. I am up all night feeling like I gotta go but then don't. So we will see |

For Constipation: My doctor prescribed generic miralax every day due to chronic constipation, I now take it sparingly. It works wonders! I was on it for a good straight week last week, stopped for about 4 days, and had gurgling, excessive gas, loose stool too.(I am drinking miralax as we speak now LOL) I definitely need it. I'm planning on taking it every other day or every 2 days. It's helped tremendously For Constipation: Aside from your guts rumbling around like a dishwasher for a few days it's not too bad. I look and feel like a water balloon for a few days afterwards. I take this when constipation has progressed beyond normal and I'm in the "rolling around and crying" stage. Otherwise, I take Magnesium Citrate while the intestinal pressure is still low. |

For Bowel Preparation: I am a 46 yo female. I just had my 5th colonoscopy. My Dr. said I was cleaned out well. I like that Clenpiq was low volume. I hate the high volume preps! But the taste was awful. I had to dilute it with Perrier and Gatorade which helped. I made homemade chicken broth and peach-flavored Jello to get me through the day. I started it earlier (at 3:30pm) rather than the proposed 5:30pm time and I'm glad I did to get the process started sooner. First bowel movement came 90 mins later. I know colonoscopies are not easy, but they are a necessary evil, make the best of it. :)
