"I never realized how much I was truly suffering until I started taking 15 mg Rinvoq. Everything cleared up on my skin. Also had wonderful relief for gastro issues and IBD. Side effects are troublesome, but the relief I got outweighed the Jake and high cholesterol."

"RINVOQ has changed my life incredibly! I’ve been on this drug now for eczema and alopecia areata. All my hair has grown back including a section of baldness on my scalp from one ear to the other for 20 years. Miraculous! A few months ago, I increased my dose from 15 to 30 mg as it didn’t seem to be working as well. I was having breakout eczema on my hands and face which wasn’t well controlled with the steroid ointments I was using. Now I’m on 30 mg, I have no eczema on my hands at all and it’s better on my face. When it flares on my face, I keep my face moisturized and let the RINVOQ calm it down over a couple of days. Hands down the best thing about RINVOQ is the way it reduces the itch of eczema by about 90 percent. I’ve had atopic dermatitis for 60 years and in the end steroid ointments weren’t controlling it. Only negatives are weight gain, acne, cold sores, and shingles (once)."

"I have been taking Rinvoq 15 mg daily for about a month and a half. It was the only one of several medications that improved and cleared up my skin condition. In the last week, however, I have developed strong tingling and numbness in both my arms, hands, and up into my rotator. I looked online and found several other people who had experienced the same issues and had to stop taking the medication. I'll be speaking to my doctor this week, but will stop taking the Rinvoq now to see if these side effects abate over the next period of time."

"Rinvoq works and subsided my condition. But along with that I’ve experienced acne, weight gain, tiredness."

"Never had any problems until the last couple of years. Could find no relief until the dermatologist suggested Rinvoq. Itching stopped within hours. Skin cleared within 10 days. I am so grateful."

"I started Rinvoq about 10 months ago. I had chronic itching, usually had about 4 hours of sleep a night. Tried diets, medications, phototherapy, everything to help. The drug was life-changing for me, within 3 days, I was getting a straight 8 hours. When I started on the drug, I was also going through physio for back pain, it wasn’t perfect, but it was helping. However, over the last 6 months, it’s gotten worse and is now chronically painful. The level fluctuates, but it is always there. I’m currently going to see a chiropractor, but I have a feeling this drug is causing the muscle inflammation (I’ve also had steroid injections into my disks, MRI scans, and X-rays which show chronic inflammation in my lower back and hip). I had to come off for a week due to an infection, my skin started up within 48 hours. I’ve recently tried to lower the dose to every other day (I’m on 15 mg), but again, my skin started up again. I have a consultation next week, hoping for some help!"
