For Weight Loss (Obesity/Overweight) "On week number three, I started with stomach cramps and diarrhea. The night before, I had a huge helping of Boom Chicka Pop kettle corn. While the packaging states it only uses cane sugar, I came to the conclusion that this product (perhaps in the amount eaten) suddenly didn’t agree with me while taking Zepbound. I’ve lost 5 lbs in 2 1/2 weeks. Diarrhea and cramping subsided after 36 hours."

For Weight Loss (Obesity/Overweight) "I'm a 64-year-old woman. 5'2" and weighed 177. I've lost 10 pounds in my first 3 weeks. With the heartburn, I had to force myself to eat last night when I wasn't really hungry. I think I ate the scrambled eggs too late in the evening. I had horrible diarrhea and vomiting. That was the first time that happened. I'm hoping it's just because I ate so late on such an empty stomach. I have had no desire to eat the first 3 or 4 days after injection. I have to remind myself to eat something."

For Weight Loss (Obesity/Overweight) "Works well. I cannot take the shot in my stomach, too much bloating and very uncomfortable. I am now on 10 mg and now having an issue with my hair breaking and thinning. It’s apparently just temporary. Fingers crossed!"

For Weight Loss (Obesity/Overweight) "I started taking this in March 2024. I've had some weight loss (about 30 pounds), but not as much as I anticipated. I occasionally experience nausea and stomach pain, but it's usually after a very fatty meal (avoiding those types of foods minimizes this symptom for me). When I reached the 10 ml dose, I began having an itchy, raised red area surrounding the injection site that dissipates by the end of the week. I had one shot that didn't dispense the needle until I held it up to inspect it. I am happy I started this medication because I did lose weight (and hopefully will continue to) and was able to stop taking metformin! The worst thing about taking this medication is trying to get the prescription filled. I have had more issues trying to get my refills for Zepbound than any prescriptions for opioid pain medication (which I have taken in the past post-surgery due to an allergy to acetaminophen). At first, it was supply issues. Now it's preauths and difficulty staying at a certain dose."

For Weight Loss (Obesity/Overweight) "I am 45 years old and female. I have been on Zepbound for eight months. I started at 275 lbs and am now at 235 lbs. The day after I first took it, my stomach was so full it hurt, just from my normal portion sizes. Over time, the dosage has increased to 7.5. I am a little more tired than usual, but that's a small price to pay. The vast majority of side effects occur when I overeat. There's no way to know which of these I will have then: pain in my stomach, egg burps, loud flatulence, and/or diarrhea. I have been sick a lot more than usual, along with swollen lymph nodes and hoarseness, but there's no way to know if they're related or not."

For Weight Loss (Obesity/Overweight) "I began Zepbound in March 2024. Previously to Wegovy, but weight loss had stalled on 1.7, and higher doses had lots of quality of life side effects that prompted a change. Began 2.5 Zepbound, and weight loss has been very slow. Have lost 10 lbs since March. Currently on 10 and moving up to 12.5 next week. I have had minimal discomfort on Zepbound. Food noise has subsided. Appetite is very manageable. The past two weeks, I've had injection site redness. Have been injecting in my stomach until this week, thinking the belly area may need a rest. Injected in my thigh and noticed today that the area has a quarter-size red spot. Zepbound has been a painless medication to inject. I was concerned about injecting near my belly button, as the last medicine was uncomfortable. Overall, good experience as far as side effects go, but weight loss has been slow. I took Wegovy from March 2023 to December 2023 and lost 60 lbs. I need/want to lose an additional 40 lbs. I'm a 62-year-old CF, beginning weight was 264 lbs, current weight 194."

For Weight Loss (Obesity/Overweight) "I am currently taking the 7.5 mg. I have currently lost 35# since I started my journey 7/2024. I have noticed that I can barely eat anything, feel very full after a few bites of food. To the point where I feel like vomiting and have a burning feeling like when you eat Halls cough drop, the menthol cool burn feel in my stomach and throat. It's NOT heartburn, it's different. Constantly thirsty, severe cotton mouth, especially at night."

For Obstructive Sleep Apnea/Hypopnea Syndrome "I thought it would curb my appetite more than it did. I have a lot of gas, and sour stomach gas. I haven't seen a lot of weight loss as of yet. Only 10 pounds in 2 months. Maybe this is what it's supposed to do. Giving it another try and doing better with my food choice. Wish me luck."

For Weight Loss (Obesity/Overweight) "I am a 67-year-old male. I have been taking Zepbound for 3 1/2 months now. Currently taking the 7.5 strength. I have just reached the 50 lb threshold or just under 20% of my body weight lost. The drug is not a magic potion as you still have to eat the right calorie foods, but the drug makes it much easier as I am really never very hungry and fill up quicker. My biggest struggle has been wanting to snack at night from boredom. As for side effects, I belch more, early on, I experienced some upset stomach but found if I eat a few crackers with peanut butter, I feel a lot better. I also experience some constipation, but my doctor said that was mainly due to the reduced amount of calories I am consuming. Overall, I am thrilled with the experience and results. I plan on losing another 5-10 pounds, then work on maintaining new eating habits. My doctor suggested I order some extra of the 5 strength and keep it back to take if I start sliding back into old eating habits. I plan on doing that."

For Weight Loss (Obesity/Overweight) "I started Zepbound in April and have done really well with very little side effects. I've lost 45 pounds, but when I started to increase the dose up to 15 mg, I started having bad side effects: choking and coughing at nighttime, couldn't breathe, and now I think I have a stomach bleed because of it. I have since gone off of it because of the side effects."
