For Weight Loss (Obesity/Overweight) "I started on Zepbound Sept 3rd, 2024. The sulfur burps started but subsided after a day or so. Each time I give the shot, I get a little of this. I’ve stayed at .05 mL because I have a bit of a sour stomach, so don’t want to have worse, and I like my slow weight loss (14 lbs) as of 11/30/24. I heard if one loses too fast, it results in saggy skin. I had a problem with the protein powder, so discontinued, but realize making sure to get enough protein is crucial. My positive effect I’d like to report is I’m no longer lactose intolerant! So exciting! I can eat whatever I want without fear of the usual aftereffects. I didn’t need to lose much weight, but my added concern is that I have sleep apnea (couldn’t tolerate C-PAP). I’ll report back when I make a recording to see if it’s been eliminated. I only live with dogs, and they refuse to tell me if I’m still snoring or not."

For Weight Loss (Obesity/Overweight) "I am 45 years old and female. I have been on Zepbound for eight months. I started at 275 lbs and am now at 235 lbs. The day after I first took it, my stomach was so full it hurt, just from my normal portion sizes. Over time, the dosage has increased to 7.5. I am a little more tired than usual, but that's a small price to pay. The vast majority of side effects occur when I overeat. There's no way to know which of these I will have then: pain in my stomach, egg burps, loud flatulence, and/or diarrhea. I have been sick a lot more than usual, along with swollen lymph nodes and hoarseness, but there's no way to know if they're related or not."

For Weight Loss (Obesity/Overweight) "I am a 67-year-old male. I have been taking Zepbound for 3 1/2 months now. Currently taking the 7.5 strength. I have just reached the 50 lb threshold or just under 20% of my body weight lost. The drug is not a magic potion as you still have to eat the right calorie foods, but the drug makes it much easier as I am really never very hungry and fill up quicker. My biggest struggle has been wanting to snack at night from boredom. As for side effects, I belch more, early on, I experienced some upset stomach but found if I eat a few crackers with peanut butter, I feel a lot better. I also experience some constipation, but my doctor said that was mainly due to the reduced amount of calories I am consuming. Overall, I am thrilled with the experience and results. I plan on losing another 5-10 pounds, then work on maintaining new eating habits. My doctor suggested I order some extra of the 5 strength and keep it back to take if I start sliding back into old eating habits. I plan on doing that."

"Follow Up: I am currently on day 11 of Zepbound 2.5 mg. As of this morning, I have lost 11.73 lbs. Daily, I documented how I felt and symptoms. The first 24 hours of injection #1, I had extreme fatigue, normal appetite, and a whole lot of belching. Day 2, belching, less hungry, no other symptoms. Day 3, I had no appetite, no other symptoms. Day 4, less than normal appetite, no other symptoms . Days 3 and 4 have just been repetitive. I have had no negative side effects, BUT I also have made sure to eat high-protein foods for every meal, even on the days I had no appetite, nothing greasy (thinking about it turns my stomach), no high-sugar foods. As of today, I’d say; if you work with the medication, the medication will work with you. Update you in a couple of weeks."
