For COPD, Maintenance "I run out each month early. It does not give you 60 puffs. I pay $30.00 per month, and it’s not worth it. I run out a week early. I guess I’ll start doing one puff every other day."

For COPD, Maintenance "Incessant dry cough, sore irritated throat, blood in throat excretions, quite a shame as I feel breathing was a little easier. I lasted 4 weeks, no more as side effects outweighed benefits."

For COPD, Maintenance "Spiriva does seem to help, but I'm retired, and the co-pay on this drug is $500 a month. Drug companies should be ashamed to charge that kind of money."

For COPD, Maintenance "Just started April 24, less chest tightness allows me to walk further with much less flare-up using Spiriva and Ventolin both HFA. Spiriva once a day, Ventolin as needed work well for me."
