"If a dosage has been missed, I can feel the difference within twelve to eighteen hours. I work a physical day, and if not for Spiriva and my Salbutamol inhaler, I wouldn't last a few hours."

"Incessant dry cough, sore irritated throat, blood in throat excretions, quite a shame as I feel breathing was a little easier. I lasted 4 weeks, no more as side effects outweighed benefits."

"Just started April 24, less chest tightness allows me to walk further with much less flare-up using Spiriva and Ventolin both HFA. Spiriva once a day, Ventolin as needed work well for me."
