Tadalafil for Erectile Dysfunction "I haven't been able to maintain an erection for longer than a couple of minutes ever since I started on Candesartan 32 mg hypertension medication about 3 years ago. For Erectile Dysfunction "First of all, I am 52 years old and started taking this on Wednesday, February 2nd. 5 mg daily dose. All I can say is... WOW!! For Pulmonary Arterial Hypertension "Tadalafil over Sildenafil when teamed up with Ambrisentan. Sildenafil was the first med they prescribed for my PAH. My test results and the way I was feeling just wasn't cutting it. So I got switched to Tadalafil and things improved after a couple of weeks. Now I'm 40 years old at the time. High blood pressure, heart failure, low EF, PAH, and heart disease. Heart problems run in my family. I couldn't walk up a flight of steps before Tadalafil without fainting when I got to the top. Also Metoprolol, Lasix, Spironolactone, Lisinopril, omeprazole, and daily vitamins. So I have some issues, but thanks to Tadalafil, I no longer have to sleep in my basement when I forget why I went down there in the first place."

For Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia "I'm 54 and have experienced increasing ED problems over the past 2 years. In November, I was diagnosed with early-stage prostate cancer and also have BPH, which is the cause of my ED. I'm not having any treatment beyond active surveillance, and luckily have only mild symptoms (increase in frequency, but that's it. No nighttime disturbance, etc.). Annual health screening detected the cancer/BPH. I started taking daily 5 mg Tadalafil in November, and the results are superb. No side effects, except when combined with alcohol, I sometimes get a stuffy nose. Erections are very strong, and sex is very pleasurable again.
