Tadalafil for Erectile Dysfunction "I have psychologically induced ED, and my doctor told me that erectile dysfunction meds only work for people who have physical causes, not psychological ones. Still, he insisted that I should've tried Cialis, which I did. This med completely failed the 1st time I tried it. I took the max dose of 20 mg before sex and had zero effects, my penis stayed flaccid like it was without meds. However, after failing, my doctor recommended using this medication every day (5 mg a day, always taking it at the same hour). Then I did it for 3 straight weeks, and in the 2nd week, I sporadically had erections. Unfortunately, I didn't have them when I wanted, and they were pretty random. For instance, I could have an erection in the morning, but the erection was so short-lived that when I attempted to have sex, I would fail and get embarrassed by my partner. Unfortunately, the erections on Cialis were too inconsistent and weren't enough to solve my problem. Still, I recommend trying it daily."

For Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia "I have had intense cramp-like symptoms in the right mid-back area 24/7 for many months. Had X-rays, scans, and lots of physio, but nothing has helped or shown up. Tadalafil for Erectile Dysfunction "51 yo, been having difficulty both getting and maintaining erections. Dr. gave me 20 mg Cialis pills to take. I took half (10 mg) at 3 p.m. By 7 p.m. I was flushed (red all over). Checked B/P, and it was like 170/90, and I do not have high B/P.
