For Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia "Very pleased with the results after two previous prescriptions epically failed over a ~15-year treatment period. Tadalafil has had no observable negative side effects after one year of use, unlike Tamsulosin and Oxybutynin, which were horrible over time for side effects. The singular side effect of Tadalafil is the obvious pleasant boost for its ED impact. I have not experienced severe ED with age, but have had some reduced potency with age that has been fully restored to normal with the little assist provided by Tadalafil. Tadalafil has controlled my BPH symptoms better than anything to date, and I am very pleased with this treatment regime. I am 58 years old and have had BPH for over 15 years."

For Erectile Dysfunction "I'm 76 and in great shape, 5'9", 152 pounds. I run 25-30 miles a week, lift weights and do yoga. About 15 years ago I started suffering from ED. My doc put me on 2.5 mg as needed. It worked! My erections were the best I had had in years. Well, 'as needed' turned out to be almost daily with my new lady friend. As I've gotten older the as needed dosage increased to 10 mg but it still worked. Last year my doc asked me if I thought the dosage was working as I wished. For Pulmonary Arterial Hypertension "This one was hard to take at the beginning, but I reduced my dose and then titrated up, and it was better. They tell me my side effects were not normal, but I had EXTREME leg pain when first put on this medication. As stated, I halved my dose for about 4 days and then went up to the full dose of 2 tablets per day. Seems to work well. Just had to get past the leg pains."
