Tadalafil for Erectile Dysfunction "I am a healthy male of 57, no big belly, not that great on exercising but regularly do a few dozen squats and push-ups nearly every day. Having trouble maintaining an erection for more than 1-2 minutes, and it may be only 70-80% max hardness. The dosage of 10mg only works reasonably well for the first few times, then it became so-so. Once I asked for a 20mg dosage from my doctor, it works much better, I can maintain it for 20-30 minutes in varying 80-95% hardness. The only side effect for me is some blocked sinuses if lying down, which is understandable. Hopefully, this will work for a long time and every time, as I am afraid the 20mg dosage will lose its effect in the future, as happened with the 10mg dose because I have tried going back to 10mg as an experiment, but it does not work anymore. The 'hardness' effect lasts a bit over 24 hours for me, and after 2 hours after taking the pill (not 30 min as advertised). Conclusion: 20mg dosage every 24 hours, at least 1 hour before sex."

For Erectile Dysfunction "Used to take 5 mg daily with some benefit for both ED and BPH. Now taking Alfuzosin 10 mg daily and Tadalafil 20 mg twice weekly for symptoms. Erections and ejaculations are so much better with the higher dose. BPH symptoms also much improved. Some headaches initially from Tadalafil, but these faded away once my body became used to the drugs/higher dosage. Taking plenty of water to ensure good hydration helps minimize any side effects."

My erections were the best I had had in years. Well, 'as needed' turned out to be almost daily with my new lady friend.
