Tadalafil for Erectile Dysfunction "I've just crossed into my 60s and found that I was struggling to gain a strong erection and hold it; I've also been diagnosed with BPH and was taking 0.4 mg Tamsulosin daily in an effort to reduce frequent bathroom trips. After consulting with our family doctor, she recommended I stop the Tamsulosin and go with 5 mg Cialis daily. I followed her advice and started taking Cialis. My experience: for the first week, mild headaches (not requiring any painkillers) and towards the end of the week started experiencing lower back pain and joint aches. It got worse in the second week and although my pain tolerance is quite high, I found myself taking some painkillers to take the edge off as I really slowed down due to the discomfort. By the end of the second week, the headaches, back pain, and joint pain had all gone and my erections reminded me of my 20s and 30s. My wife and I couldn't be happier.. I would strongly recommend Cialis."

Tadalafil for Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia "Was considering surgery for BPH. Had significant problems urinating. Was already on Flomax, wasn’t helping much. Just one day after starting 5 mg Tadalafil, symptoms improved significantly. After several days, I experienced what others mentioned - low back and thigh pain. That was resolved by Tylenol and ibuprofen. That symptom gradually diminished after a couple of weeks, so don’t give up right away. There will be some symptoms from vascular congestion, but most are minor and worth it for the relief of BPH symptoms."

Tadalafil for Erectile Dysfunction "I’m 55 years old and have been noticing over 6 months a gradual decline with loss of firmness before and during sex. My penis became softer and less sensitive. I’m on beta blockers (Inderal), which helps me with social anxiety and high blood pressure. After researching possible causes, I put it down to age and possibly Inderal. I spoke to my doctor about the symptoms I was experiencing, and he prescribed 5 mg of Cialis daily. This has changed my life. After initially experiencing slight lower back pain, flushed face, and slight headaches, which all went away on day three, I’m now able to have sex with my girlfriend any time, night or day. I wake up with regular morning woods and experience thought-initiated erections throughout my day. During sex, my penis is more sensitive and remains rock hard and fully erect right up until I ejaculate. Within 10 minutes, I’m ready for round two. Speak to your doctor, this will change your life."

Tadalafil for Erectile Dysfunction "Age 46, inconsistency in erections, 18 years with my ex-wife and we had always drank the whole time before sex. My new girlfriend, 23, doesn’t want to drink. 5 mg, 4 days in a row, no issues, then on the 5th day had leg pain and back, too much tadalafil built up in my blood, stopped taking for 4 days. Now take only Monday and Friday, no side effects. Works good, harder and consistent. Thumbs up. I never tried sildenafil to compare though."

For Erectile Dysfunction "First of all, I am 52 years old and started taking this on Wednesday, February 2nd. 5 mg daily dose. All I can say is... WOW!! It feels girthier (if that's a word) and I am ready to go anytime my wife is. Hasn't been this hard in years. At first, I was experiencing severe upper leg pain and some lower back pain. I had to take 2 Tylenol or 2 Advil about 3-4 hours after taking tadalafil. Was going to give up on this as the pain was real and very, very discomforting (no other side effects though). Ended up walking around the house in the middle of the night for an hour until Tylenol kicked in. Anyway, about a week or so after starting the medication, pain subsided... finally. I love this stuff and my wife was astounded by my performance. Not a word of a lie, we went from 10-15 minute intercourse sessions to about 45 minutes. This stuff really works. Highly recommended!"

For Erectile Dysfunction "Have been using 1x10mg + 1x5mg, so a total of 15mg every other day for the last few weeks. Works really well for me. Have previously tried 5mg daily, but just doesn’t do enough for me. The first time I tried it, I had aching legs, some backache, and also a slight headache, but now no side effects at all. Overall, very satisfied."

Tadalafil for Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia "I'm 62 and was prescribed 5 mg Cialis by my urologist for BPH and mild ED. It worked very well for both the first day, but then I started to develop severe back pain so that I could hardly stand up. I discontinued for 2 days, taking Aleve, but then cut the pill down (use a sharp knife) to 2.5 mg each morning, and that works just fine. So far, I need to urinate maybe once in the night, don't have the crazy urgency in the day, and enjoy erections and orgasms whenever I want to. Ejaculation is super strong and productive. Previously, I had tried Flomax, but all that did was create more ED. Extremely happy with Cialis at 2.5 mg each morning. Taking L-Arginine every evening doesn't hurt either."

Tadalafil for Erectile Dysfunction "68 Year Old Male: Wow, this drug was awesome and worked fantastic the first time I used it (10 mg). I was so happy, and my wife was as well. I would have rated it a 10! However, after the third time I took the drug, I developed the most severe back and leg ache I've ever experienced in my life. It was so bad, I could not sleep. I took pain medication up to and including Tramadol and NO EFFECT. After 48 hours, it finally subsided. I cannot describe how bad the pain was--I'll just say it was excruciating! I'm so disappointed because the product works so well--VERY WELL to be exact. But, now I'm afraid to take it. I may try an even lower dose--5mg or 2.5 mg? I certainly want to give it a try because it was amazing at first! But, I must admit I'm now very apprehensive."

For Erectile Dysfunction "The first time I took this at 20 mg, it worked great and lasted about 2 days. I then suffered back pain that lasted about 2 days. I waited a couple of weeks and decided to give it another go, and it worked great again. This time, no side effects, and sometimes will give great results for almost 3 days. Great drug if taken in moderation."

Tadalafil for Erectile Dysfunction "I'm 40 years old, mild ED past few years. First 5mg dose I took, it was solid as a rock within 1/2 hour, felt very full and stayed hard as long as I wanted, didn't want it to stop, was like a new toy. Was able to j/o 3 times that day and then get down to it with the other half that night with the same rock-solid hardness every single time. I j/o a lot as I have a higher sex drive. Definitely makes it look bigger when flaccid and the slightest bit of arousal can get it solid if I want it to. Incredible morning wood every day. Headache and lower back ache when taking for the first 3 months but now 12 months of use and no side effects."

Tadalafil for Erectile Dysfunction "Intermittent ED. I have used Viagra in the past, and although it worked okay, once I had climaxed, that was it, and the side effects were quite bad. Cialis: no real side effects, apart from a little backache at the start of taking. I agree to get some into your system first. Results: Wow, bigger, fuller, rock hard. And each time lasted ages before I ejaculated. Regain time was about 30 minutes, and to the same powerful erection size. A 20 mg tablet lasted 3 days, and to my partner's delight, ten fantastic long sessions. Also, I have noticed I am definitely bigger flaccid."

Tadalafil for Erectile Dysfunction "About 60-90 minutes after taking Cialis, I got a severe backache, and my hands felt like they were asleep and tingling (like if you stick them in snow). The pain got so bad at one point I considered going to the E.R., but called a nurse friend who told me this can be a side effect. Not going to use this drug again."

Tadalafil for Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia "I wrote earlier that adding the 0.5 mg Cialis combined with the 40 mg Flomax gave me great results. But, the side effects (which a number of people have reported here) were a big problem. Bad backaches and headaches after about 3 days of use. But great results with urinary problems of BPH. So I had to quit the Cialis for a few days to get it out of my system. Then started one half of a pill, every other day, thinking that I will increase as needed. Well, never needed to increase. In other words, a quarter dose. And great results! Only get up once a night to pee! First time for that in decades. Also, although I didn’t have a lot of problems with erections for my age, 75, yes, it did improve that too. With just a quarter dose. And no side effects. I have been on this regimen now for about 3 months. All good! PS. Initially, my insurance wouldn’t cover Tadalafil, but my doctor called and explained that it was for BPH, and now they cover it."

For Erectile Dysfunction "Any thoughts on how different generic manufacturers might give different levels of back pain? I felt the worst with Camber PHA made in India, have still felt some with Prasco from Indiana. I did have another generic, a round pill, and during that time, I didn't seem to have back pain - don't know the manufacturer of that one. I rate this: erection quality - 10, side effects - 8."

Tadalafil for Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia "Take Flomax for BPH. So-so results with Flomax. Added 0.5 Tadalafil with good results in 1 day. By the 3rd day, had to stop due to bad back pain and headache. Have stopped now for a day, 35 hours since last dose, and pain is gone. I will now try one dose every other day. Will come back to site with results. Great to have all this info. Thanks."

Tadalafil for Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia "After taking the drug Cialis, I had medium success, but over the next 12 hours developed several back pains such that I could barely walk. This continued for several days. I took it again a couple of weeks later... and the same thing! Have tried again over a period of several years."

For Erectile Dysfunction "Excellent, I’m in my mid-forties and had started to not have the rigidity of old. A few too many times of not being able to get it, in particular, in any non-vanilla positions! Taking 10 mg on a Friday evening and now having great sex all weekend. My wife is very pleased indeed, as am I. Slight back ache to start with, but nothing major. I’ve noticed it takes longer to orgasm, which my wife also appreciates."

For Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia "So, after only 3 days of a 5 mg dose, I had to stop taking the tadalafil. I experienced side effects across the board: back pain, leg pain, congestion, and ringing in the ears. Pain and complications were bad enough that I decided I would resume taking Viagra for my ED. The blue pill is not as effective for me, but I experience little side effects. I am disappointed because, WOW, the drug really helped me with my low ED problems. Strong, long-lasting erection! Hopefully, you won't experience the problems I did taking Cialis. Good luck!"

Tadalafil for Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia "I've used Cialis for a couple of years since my TURP surgery, which left me with not the best results in bed. Well, it gets a 10 in that dept, but I do get the backaches. Stretches and yoga take care of that part. I'm 65 years old and bike ride and use the 5 mg."

Tadalafil for Erectile Dysfunction "First time 5 mg and had great erections for 4 days. Very slight headache, but it went away. 2 weeks later I took 2.5 mg in the morning, and later in the evening, I took a hot bath. When I got out of the bath, my lower back hurt so bad I could hardly stand up. This is the 3rd day, and my low back is still ruined. I looked up the side effects, and low back pain was right up there. Damn, because this stuff works! But I can't afford to take a week off from work every time I want to make love."

Tadalafil for Erectile Dysfunction "On the highest dose and not really effective for me at all compared to Viagra. Unable to get hard, except occasionally six hours later, and then only occasionally. Side effects included headache and backache. Only marginal improvement over baseline, which would be no medication. Not worth side effects and lack of efficacy."

For Erectile Dysfunction "I have for some time experienced ED problems when having sex with my wife. I am 45 and have had these problems on and off for the last 1 year. Some of my problems can be stress related, but I'm also sure that some are related to physical ED. I can get hard sometimes without medicine, but I can't stay hard for a very long time without help. I have tried Cialis 20 mg a few times, and they do their job very well. BUT they also give me a terrible headache and back pain, bad enough for sometimes making me ask if this really is worth the pain. I have started to split 20 mg into 4, which has helped a lot. This allows me to have great sex without the headaches."

Tadalafil for Erectile Dysfunction "I am 57 years old, and I sometimes suffer from ED. Sometimes I get an erection, and then it goes away. It's embarrassing. Tried Cialis, and I liked the results. Harder and longer erections, more time to please your partner. It works! It can also jump-start your sex life. Sometimes there is a negative side effect, such as back and joint pains. A Tylenol should help relieve that."

Tadalafil for Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia "I was taking the daily 5 mg dose, initially to see if it helped with my BPH symptoms and ED. We found it did virtually nothing to improve my BPH symptoms, but also that it was the only dose my insurance would cover and only if it was prescribed for BPH and NOT for ED! (Go figure!) I continued for about 4 years on 5 mg daily. During that same timeframe, I started experiencing brutal lower back pain during the night, causing sleep loss, and getting out of bed and standing in the morning became almost excruciating. At 68 y/o, I thought it was just age catching up with me. Well, when I recently ran out, I decided to take a break, partly for financial reasons and partly because I wasn't experiencing enough benefits in the ED to justify the pricey copays. MUCH TO MY SURPRISE and delight, my severe back pain disappeared completely in only a few days! What a hard-learned lesson! (no pun intended!)"
