For Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia "My husband was having issues with nocturia for months. He was getting up several times a night to go to the bathroom, which disrupted sleep for both of us. After some insisting, he talked to his doctor about this and was prescribed 5mg daily. Within a week, we were sleeping through the night and experienced some unexpected side effects. Neither of us realized it would have such an effect sexually. He never had any issues in that department. The "increased erection" side effect is no joke. It messes with our expectations, and it surely messes with our “performance.” What a word to use here... I’m now that ripe old age when my insurance is now different, but I’ve got a great supplement plan, so it’s just ten bucks to get me a 90-day supply of my 5 mg tadalafil. Now, even though I’m 65, and technically one of “those” senior citizens, I wake up e v e r y morning with that wonderful dilemma of morning wood. Every morning! I love it! Tadalafil for Erectile Dysfunction "I don't care what they say. Tadalafil does increase libido, even if it is only psychological. I disagree that it is psychological, however, as even when I am not thinking about sex, my body tingles with sexual energy when I take this medication daily. The only negative side effect is that I want to make love to my wife all the time."

Tadalafil for Erectile Dysfunction "I’m 56 years old and have experienced ED at least since I was in my late 40s. I had problems getting and maintaining an erection (except when on my own), and found it difficult to perform penetrative sex. I was too embarrassed to ask for medical aid and am now so happy that I finally did. Since I tend to get side effects from all types of blood pressure medicines, I only take one or two tablets per week (when I expect to get an opportunity to enjoy the effect), but the effect of one tablet lasts at least 36 hours. I use the Swedish generic drug Tadalafil Teva 10 mg since I trust the quality of that producer. I now easily get strong, pleasant, and lasting erections. I feel more sensitive in all of my penis, which can be noticed, e.g., when doing frottage. The only “side effect” I’ve noticed so far is that my penis seems a bit bigger and heavier (i.e., dangling more) when flaccid - probably due to improved blood flow. Overall, I feel noticeably more self-confident."

For Erectile Dysfunction "I'm 46, and I noticed a slow decline in maintaining an erection during sex over a period of 18 months. I've been using Tadalafil 5 mg daily for 2 months now, with no side effects. My wife definitely loves the way this drug works. I'm ready to go whenever the time arises. I achieve rock-hard erections that last the whole duration of our love-making sessions. I can also continue to perform after ejaculation if needed, or back up after a few minutes' break. She also likes that my penis holds more blood when not erect, giving it a nicer, fuller hang. Morning wood is now a daily occurrence, which can be annoying at times. Tadalafil for Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia "Was considering surgery for BPH. Had significant problems urinating. Was already on Flomax, wasn’t helping much. Just one day after starting 5 mg Tadalafil, symptoms improved significantly. After several days, I experienced what others mentioned - low back and thigh pain. That was resolved by Tylenol and ibuprofen. That symptom gradually diminished after a couple of weeks, so don’t give up right away. There will be some symptoms from vascular congestion, but most are minor and worth it for the relief of BPH symptoms."

For Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia "I have been having urinary problems for a while now and had been prescribed Flomax (Tamsulosin), which helped some. I consulted my doctor, who added a prescription for Tadalafil, the generic of Cialis. I was familiar with Cialis for ED but never knew it was effective for an enlarged prostate. I was prescribed 5 mg, which has been amazingly effective, with a vast improvement the next day. I rarely have to get up during the night, usually for another issue. I can choose to go rather than have to go, returning multiple times to dribble out a little more until I’ve emptied enough for another hour or so. Now it’s one trip, and I’m good for several hours, even when drinking my morning coffee. One side effect I’m experiencing is back/thigh pain. Tylenol and one ibuprofen relieve this. I’ve continued Flomax, the two together have been proven to be more effective. I reduced the Tadalafil to ½ tab to see if the back pain diminishes and if it is still effective."

Tadalafil for Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia "This started 8 months ago. I have urgency all day and most days urinating almost hourly or less than that. The doctor did the finger check and said your prostate checks out as in the normal range, approx. 30mm. But with my symptoms and age 60+, benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH) was likely. The doctor put me on 5 mg daily. After 2+ months on this, it’s hardly changed my symptoms. I can go an hour but only had 3 days of making it past 1.5 hrs between bathroom trips. But my wife enjoys the obvious benefits. As for my BPH, it really has only made a small difference. I have had no major side effects. I give it 5 stars for good sex and 3 stars for BPH, thus the average is 4."

For Erectile Dysfunction "I've used the brand name Cialis and it has worked great, but this generic brand tadalafil from Ajanta Pharma USA Inc doesn't work. With the brand name Cialis, I would get an erection and a mild headache. I'm at 25 mg with this Ajanta Pharma and getting no response. So I'm stuck with 90 pills of this Ajanta Pharma brand."

For Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia "I'm 64 and have suffered from BPH for several years - the biggest issue is having to get up an average of over two times a night to pee. I tried five different standard BPH/OAB drugs, but at best, I was still getting up an average of 1.5 times per night. Then my urologist suggested trying daily tadalafil 5 mg, which I have now been on for 4 weeks. Last week, I slept through the night four times, and the other three nights I just got up once! That in itself is very positive, but the real added benefit has been what it has done for my erections - I'm super hard, it points upwards again, and I'm even waking with morning wood every morning. It feels like I'm 18 again! I remember when my doctor asked if I had any ED problems, I told him 'no, I can still get an erection. Maybe it is not as hard as it used to be, but I don't think I need any drugs.' I didn't want to be 'one of those guys' who had a problem and needed help. For Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia "Taking a daily 5 mg dose for both BPH and ED symptoms. No side effects in general apart from very occasional heartburn. Erections are strong and I feel like a teenager again. I’m circumcised high and tight too and noticed the glans is more flared and sensitive. Post-ejaculation, my erections linger for a while, which is nice too. On the BPH side, my LUTS symptoms are fine - no nocturnal disturbance, and daytime flow/frequency is very manageable. (I’ve early stage prostate cancer, which is being managed via active surveillance.) Highly recommend giving this drug a go if you have ED and/or BPH issues."

For Pulmonary Arterial Hypertension "My dad and I take tadalafil 1.25 mg daily for ED with no adverse events. I once took 5 mg, and then I had 99/66 arterial tension readings after a few hours; even after drinking a lot of liquids and a lot of coffee, they did not help raise these values. I had a severe headache as well, and 400 mg ibuprofen helped. My grandmother takes 2.5 mg tadalafil daily for hypertension with 50 mg metoprolol every 12 hours and 1.5 mg indapamide extended release daily. Her readings are 127/67 now. Amazing drug. She tried lisinopril, valsartan, and amlodipine before tadalafil. All had severe adverse reactions compared to tadalafil, especially amlodipine. She is also taking 300 mg allopurinol daily, 100 mg tramadol extended release every 12 hours, and 2.5 mg solifenacin daily. I have no idea whether these drugs also decrease arterial tension or not. She seems so happy."

For Erectile Dysfunction "I usually take sildenafil 1 hour before sex, and I get rock hard, so I wanted to try tadalafil so that it lasted more than 4-6 hours.
