For High Cholesterol "A common problem encountered in enteral feeding (feeding tube) is clogging the tube as a result of particles of solid medications not being ground sufficiently to pass through the small openings at the base of the tube. The worst culprit is the statin drugs, such as atorvastatin. With the use of an oral suspension such as FloLipid, an expensive trip to the emergency room and removal and replacement - along with X-ray to confirm proper placement - can be avoided. Since using FloLipid, we have had no such events. It's been a Godsend."
