For Osteoporosis "I had my 10th Evenity injection on Oct 26th. Two more to go. I had very little in side effects throughout the past 10 months of injections. Some slight joint pain in wrists and some fatigue on occasion. Took blood tests every 3 months. Vitamin D and calcium levels remained steady and normal. I will see how much success in bone density improvement occurred in January 2023 when I will take my next density test. But as it stands today, I have had no problems with this drug."

For Osteoporosis "I have been on this medication for six months. I have not yet had another bone density test. I consider myself very active before going on this medication, but now I have generalized joint pain and difficulty getting up from a sitting or standing position without pain. My pain is now in my lower back. I am not happy with the Evenity helpline, all they do is just take your information. I hope I get better results on my bone density, and I hope this joint pain goes away upon completion of this drug."

For Osteoporosis "I had injections for 5 months. Not bad at first, but the last 2 months had to take pain pills for the all-over joint pain in my neck, wrists, back, and feet. My T-score to begin with was -3.8. Haven't had it redone, but switching to a different medication."

For Osteoporosis "Heading toward my tenth Evenity injection this month (end of Oct. '22). No problems. An easy injection process by my Dr. Had a little joint pain at the outset, but nothing of any consequence. Blood tests have been fine. Vit D and calcium levels normal. Perhaps a little tiredness at times could be attributed to the drug. I will see with my bone density score at the end of the process if it was all worth it. I hope so."

For Osteoporosis "I have had three monthly injections of Evenity with very few side effects. I have had a slight headache but not severe. Also, joint discomfort with the last 2 injections. I am scheduled for the full year of treatment."

For Osteoporosis "I’ve had two injections and the side effects have been bad. Really bad joint pain in hips, shoulders, hands. My doctor put me on Mobic and OsteoEase to help alleviate the pain, so I could move around. I have never had side effects from any injection before, so this has really thrown me."

For Osteoporosis "I will be getting my fifth injection in a week. I’ve had some joint ache, but not enough to warrant stopping these injections. I’ve been actually doing all right and feeling pretty good. I haven’t had a repeat bone density test yet, so I can’t really comment on whether or not this is working. I can only hope it is. I have a bit of local soreness after the injection for about a day, and then it’s gone. My neurosurgeon recommended this as a way to help my very bad bone situation, and so I’m pleased that there’s at least (hopefully) a fix to it."

For Osteoporosis "I am 68. I took my first Evenity shots in October 2022 and my last in December 2022. Since October, I have had dyspnea, dizziness, and lightheadedness. I can hardly be in a store for more than 10 minutes without feeling as if I will faint. Because of fatigue and weakness, household tasks are difficult. I move much more slowly. Now with dysphagia and anorexia, eating is difficult. Although never painful before, the joints in my hands, fingers, and toes are stiff and painful. Additionally, I developed cramping in those areas. The pain in my hips, upper thighs, neck, and shoulders is poorly responsive to all pain medications. There was an exacerbation of pain in several old areas of injury which had not been painful for decades. And now I have intermittent pain in my eyes and an annoying twitch in one that will not subside. After that first shot, it was as if someone flipped on a switch with all these symptoms. My concern is they will not go away for a long time, if ever. Evenity was a huge mistake!"
