For Schizophrenia "I was diagnosed with paranoid schizophrenia 25 yrs ago and was taking clozapine 75 mg since. The only side effect was that I felt discontinuity in thoughts, laziness in mind, and irritability. For the last 2 yrs, I am on Scizodon 1 mg (risperidone) in addition to my clozapine dosage, and from the very next day, all my negativity vanished, my anger disappeared, I have clarity and continuity of thought and calmness. For Borderline Personality Disorder "I have ASPD and was prescribed risperidone to help my aggression and homicidal thoughts (no idea how an antipsychotic was supposed to help). Anyway, all the pills did really was give me super dry mouth, boner problems, made me extra irritable, dizzy, and weak all the time for no reason at all. I would occasionally see things that weren't there (before I started the pills), but after I started taking them, it stopped, so I guess it fixed one thing, but overall it was bad. Take this if you really absolutely need it, and don't miss your dose. I missed two days once, and I wigged out mad. 0.5/10"

For Bipolar Disorder "Risperidone made me realize I don’t have “agitated depression” or just borderline personality disorder, rather I was having a true sustained manic episode. I was on an antidepressant which was definitely the one making it all worse. Was not depressed at all but still irritable, agitated, and paranoid for no reason. Within 12 hours, it calmed the agitation and paranoia/delusions down. Three days later, my mood started feeling more calmed and stable. Can’t comment too much on its effectiveness since it’s my first antipsychotic but…life saving so far."
