For Dry Eye Disease "I have used Miebo for approximately 3 months now and it has been a game changer for me. I have meibomian gland dysfunction and have used a variety of other drops in the past including Xiidra for the past 2 years. I have experienced no side effects from Miebo and my eyes feel so much better. The only downside is the price as it is very costly. I am now able to eliminate OTC drops. I highly recommend these drops for severe dry eye relief."

For Dry Eye Disease "Like others, I've found great relief while using Miebo. It's very expensive, though, and I consider myself lucky to be able to get it at a discount of $76 a month. However, the tiny bottle does not last a month, and I have to wait several days before I'm eligible to order more. I've been using eye drops for over 10 years and never had a problem getting drops in my eyes, but this dropper needs rework. Plus, the tiny bottle doesn't contain enough medicine. I run out after 3 weeks. C'mon now, Miebo! You can do better! When I have enough drops, my eyes feel wonderful! No more gritty, itchy feeling in my eyes, and I can even go without warm compresses (until I run out)."

For Dry Eye Disease "I've been using Miebo for 7 weeks. It feels soft, like velvet is to skin. The drop spreads quickly, covering the entire exterior eye surface. I have not had extra fluid run down my face. I've read other reviews about Miebo, but the full reviews largely hint that the set-up instructions are not being followed. The bottle is small, but not more than other ophthalmic solutions. I think it's very important to follow the bottle dispensing steps."

For Dry Eye Disease "This is going rpto be a very weird comment. I used this for a week and it was great. But during that week, 2 days after I started, I got a lot of burping. Then, 3 days in, acid reflux. I continued another 2 days and got a fungus infection on the roof of my mouth. I've never had anything like this in my life and I’m 75. I had it for 4 months when on the medication, it took a while to clear, and now it’s back, never really totally went away."

"Best eye drop ever. I have ocular rosacea & dry eye. I have tried everything & am currently using Cequa & Oasis Tears. I even had IPL & LipiFlow treatments. Nothing ever took away the burning & redness until Miebo. I have been miserable for years, and now my eyes feel & look more normal than ever. Finally, I found something that works."

For Dry Eye Disease "My insurance won't cover it, but these are the best eye drops I have ever had. These are the first eye drops never to irritate my eyes and keep me from having chronically dry and red eyes. I'm no longer having blurry vision. I'm less sensitive to light. I hope my insurance will cover it in 2024 because I can tell I'll be going to the eye doctor less (aside from annual exams)."

For Dry Eye Disease "I love the product itself, but I think they need to rethink the applicator. I don’t know if I’ve ever gotten one total drop in my eye. I’ve tried everything that was recommended, but it seems as though most of it runs outside of my eye. Quite oily. Someone suggested lying down, but who can do that when you’re out and about? It’s difficult to remember four times daily, so I probably use it three. There has got to be a better way to put these drops into the eye where they belong. When they are in, they do help greatly, but I’ll still need to use a generic version of Restasis from my eye doctor's office. I quit it, thinking I’d be OK with just Miebo, but I find my eyes are very dry at times. I still use preservative-free tears, but was told they would break up the film coverage that Miebo creates. Lucky enough to get it through a program that gives me a lower cost because my insurance will not cover, and it’s very expensive without it."

For Dry Eye Disease "Worked for me - much better than Restasis, Cequa, and Tyrvaya. I would have rated it 10/10 if there was enough solution in each bottle to last an entire month, which there isn’t. It costs more than $700 per bottle without insurance."

For Dry Eye Disease "I am so grateful for the drops, as they are the only thing that gives me relief. My only complaint is the drops come out without squeezing the bottle when it is full, and you get more than one, therefore, I never have enough to last the month. The 3-4 days I go without are painful!"

For Dry Eye Disease "I've used Miebo for one month now. I agree with the literature that says improvement continues over time. By my second week, my eyes were in heaven. I love the product. Unfortunately, it did not last the full 30 days, as others have said. I use a 5x magnification mirror on a stand to insert the drops, being careful not to waste any. I still ran out about five days before I got my new prescription, so I had to go back to my old Systane eye drops. I will start over again today."

For Dry Eye Disease "I've been using these for about a month and it's made a world of difference. Finally relief! I use 4 times a day per my doctor: when I wake up, lunch, dinner, and bedtime. For me, these worked. I also started using supplements due to menopause: Omega-3 fatty acids, flaxseed, and staying hydrated. You can buy the supplements in bulk at Costco. All this together has made a world of difference."

For Dry Eye Disease "Love the eye drops, but no way will this bottle last the entire month. Very expensive, insurance companies only cover it for a short while because of the expense. I have read many other reviews stating the same problem. I have been very careful when putting in the drops, I can actually see the one (and only one) drop going in each eye. The bottle does not in any way last the entire month. I still have 5 days to go, and it is almost all gone, and this is a short month, Feb. 2025. I would like to know what we can use during this gap period. Very painful to run out before the end of the month."

For Dry Eye Disease "I started taking Miebo yesterday. Oh my, I had almost immediate relief. The drops gave me a non-burning, comforting, almost silky feeling in my eyes. My eyesight feels clearer now. I suffer from glaucoma."

For Dry Eye Disease "I have tried other medications, but nothing like Miebo. My dry eye condition is pretty bad, I feel like I have sandpaper, and my lacrimal secretion is less than 30%. But I like this medication, it makes a huge difference in my eyes. I can see better, and my eye stays hydrated all day long. The bad thing is my insurance won’t cover it, and I don’t use any other medications. Just sad, really."

For Dry Eye Disease "Game changer. I used Restasis, then Xiidra, then Cequa for years with only moderate relief. OTC drops only help for a few minutes. Miebo worked immediately; at first, I used it with Cequa and/or Ivizia, but now using Miebo exclusively. My copay per bottle is $150 - expensive, but not much more than Cequa. I use 1-2 drops/day in my left eye; generally, 3 in my right. I agree that the bottle is difficult; hold it very close to your eye, and you won't waste much."

For Dry Eye Disease "I love Miebo. It totally corrects my dry eyes. I have a side effect that I wonder if anyone else experiences. Using Miebo causes a constant taste in my mouth. Luckily, it's not an unpleasant taste, but it causes my tongue to constantly be rubbing against my teeth and me sucking inside my mouth like I'm sucking on a piece of candy. This created the tip of my mouth to become sore, and I had to stop using Miebo for a few days."

For Dry Eye Disease "Just started using, one week so far. Seems to be working, but really too soon to give a fair assessment. The reason why I'm writing is because the bottle is small, and the ease of use is uncomfortable. In addition, it is a real chore trying to get the liquid into your eyes without much running down my face. I think it may have to do with the dispensing hole. What a waste. I feel like a few others, with such waste, this product will not last for a month 4x daily."

"After years of eye discomfort and trying many other options, including Cequa, my doctor prescribed Miebo. It works so well that I am almost symptom-free. Would highly recommend it. The list price is very high, but it is possible to get it for zero cost (after insurance)."

"I have suffered with dry eyes for years and spent over $1600 for a procedure called IPL. This little drop has done more for me than all of the countless drops I have used for 10 years! My eyesight is so bad, and these drops are like silk, you can't really feel them when they drop into your eye like other drops. I have a small 15X mirror I carry with me when I have to use the drops away from home. It's the only way I can carefully release just one drop. I have to see it go in, not feel for it. Mine last over 30 days because I can only get it in 3 times a day, and it can be used up to 4 times a day if you can work that in with your schedule. I hope this helps someone! This has been more than a game changer, it's been a life changer for me! I can wear my contacts a little more, which is amazing!"

For Dry Eye Disease "I've used Xiidra and cyclosporine for years with moderate success. Miebo made my eyes feel better in a few weeks. Too bad that they are so hard to use, the size of the drop is about 1/3 the size of other drops and makes it difficult to use. My first bottle (supposed to last 1 month) lasts 2 weeks. ($185 copay) $1,285.00 retail."

For Dry Eye Disease "After using Miebo, I have finally experienced real relief from dry eye. I had the same issue with running out of the medication before it was time for a refill, and my doctor suggested reducing my doses to 2 times a day. I tried it, and it has been working well. I agree that the bottle needs to be re-engineered, as it's very frustrating and wasteful to have the medication running down my face rather than being in my eye. However, this medication works where others have failed miserably, and I'm so grateful for it. I'll be really thankful when the price can be more affordable, so I'm not having to consider taking on another job to pay for it."

For Dry Eye Disease "I agree with some of the others that the bottle is way too tiny. I was told it has a teaspoon of medicine in it. The bottle is very hard plastic and very difficult to squeeze. I can never tell if the eye drops are going in my eyes or not. I think they are because my eyes feel better. I wish it came in individual vials. Definitely needs a different bottle design that is softer to squeeze."

For Dry Eye Disease "I just started using Miebo today. I have had dry eye for so long, and there were no drops that were giving me any relief. I put the first drop in my eye, and it felt exactly like what I wanted it to feel like. It was like a gentle puff with immediate relief. Of course, then I put it in my other eye. I have taken three of the four doses, and I couldn't be more impressed with the immediate relief. There was absolutely no stinging and was only blurry for a few moments after I opened both eyes again. This is exactly the relief I have been looking for. Thank you so much!"

For Dry Eye Disease "Have been using Miebo for about 2 months and I am getting mixed results. I still can’t stand bright sunlight. My eyes are still dry some days. Wind is a big factor for me. One of my eyelids sticks sometimes. I was told maximum benefit comes after 2 months. Maybe I need to lower my expectations."
