For Dry Eye Disease "I love the product itself, but I think they need to rethink the applicator. I don’t know if I’ve ever gotten one total drop in my eye. I’ve tried everything that was recommended, but it seems as though most of it runs outside of my eye. Quite oily. Someone suggested lying down, but who can do that when you’re out and about? It’s difficult to remember four times daily, so I probably use it three. There has got to be a better way to put these drops into the eye where they belong. When they are in, they do help greatly, but I’ll still need to use a generic version of Restasis from my eye doctor's office. I quit it, thinking I’d be OK with just Miebo, but I find my eyes are very dry at times. I still use preservative-free tears, but was told they would break up the film coverage that Miebo creates. Lucky enough to get it through a program that gives me a lower cost because my insurance will not cover, and it’s very expensive without it."

For Dry Eye Disease "Miebo seems to perform well most days, but there are days that I still have some dry eye issues. Second, the amount given for 45 days is not adequate. If I had used it as prescribed (2 to 3 times daily), it would not last 30 days, let alone 45. Paying such a high cost for this drug and skimping the vial is criminal. Do our insurance companies know this is the case? They should be informed."

For Dry Eye Disease "Have been using Miebo for about 2 months and I am getting mixed results. I still can’t stand bright sunlight. My eyes are still dry some days. Wind is a big factor for me. One of my eyelids sticks sometimes. I was told maximum benefit comes after 2 months. Maybe I need to lower my expectations."
