For Pain "I took one dose of 20 mg of Opana ER. I became dizzy, woozy, lightheaded. I developed a pounding headache! I became extremely agitated and anxious. I became very shaky. My lower back pain increased, not decreased. Seven hours after taking this one dose, I had projectile vomiting."

For Pain "Seems to be working okay. The buzz is calming after taking for 2 weeks. I'll not take the morning dose if I have to function during the day. Does help with chronic back/cervical/knee pain. Side effects are easier than morphine. That made me irritable and didn't touch the pain."

For Pain "Opana 20 mg doesn't take away all the neck and back pain but does about 90%, so I can function. However, also for the first time in my life, it gives me headaches, hot flashes, warm blooded 4-5 of 7 days a week, and slightly edgy/difficulty with stress/adversity sometimes too."
