"My procedure started after trying Myrbetriq 50 mg, which made my hair start to fall out. I then removed all caffeine from my life. No better. Had the Botox today and immediately felt the difference. Done in the hospital. I no longer have the urge all the time already! Voided normally. Time will tell...so far I'm happy. Let's see how long it works!"

"I had renal cell carcinoma that has caused me to have retention and incontinence. I am going in Monday to have my first injection of Botox. I am currently self-cathetering, and I hope after this procedure I am back to normal. Will follow up after the procedure!"

"Originally, I went to get Botox for facial wrinkles on my forehead, and at the time, before injections, I noticed that I was going to the bathroom, urinating more than usual. After three days with the Botox injected to my forehead (25 units), I didn't have to run to the bathroom to urinate. This has been very good for me. I have been getting injections to my face about every 5 months for the last 4 years."

"Had 20 injections twice. Second time, worked for two weeks, then incontinence returned. Very disappointed. Don’t know what else to do."

"I’m 63 and have had problems since my last back surgery in 2019 when I had a nurse yank out the catheter. Up every hour at night, constantly going during the day. Sleep deprived and spending a fortune on pads. Tried all the pills with no change. Countless accidents in public when pads didn’t catch it all. My urologist told me about Botox treatment. Had it done 2 days ago with no pain meds. Uncomfortable but bearable. I don’t recommend for most, it’s just that I have a very high tolerance for pain. Felt like period cramps when I pee first day. No catheter needed. Day two…slept 4 hrs straight without bathroom trip. No blood in urine and just some mild soreness. So far about 3 trips to bathroom daytime and actually get to the toilet with no pee coming out before I get sat down."
