"Caused me to gain weight, migraines, bloating, and severe insomnia. Also experienced stomach pains and chest pains. Took me a while to figure out that the vitamins were the problem... once I stopped and detoxed, everything went back to normal."

For Dietary Supplementation "I never thought to research vitamins. October 2020 was my first bout with COVID (lasted 2.5 months), 2nd bout of COVID March 2021, then 2 back surgeries. My hair is falling out by the handfuls. My sister has used these for 4 years and suggested I try them. I took 2/day with breakfast for 3 weeks. I experienced severe gas/bloating, horrible stomach pains, insomnia, extreme fatigue, headaches, my voice is hoarse, an awful taste in my mouth, and a tingly tongue (that should’ve made me think something was wrong). I’m discouraged because I’m getting sicker and didn’t know why. I started reading reviews. Amazon reviews were good, then I found this website. Thank you to those who have written in. I stopped them today and hope I can feel better soon. I bought these gummies from Amazon. There was no expiration date, an odd color, and they stuck together. My side effects are different. DO NOT TAKE THEM."

For Dietary Supplementation "I started taking Nature's Bounty Hair Skin and Nails about 8 months ago. I experienced an itchy scalp and did not connect this to the supplement. About 3 months ago, however, I began experiencing severely painful itchy arms that dermatologists were unable to identify. After exhausting all treatments (steroids, Benadryl, antihistamines, allergy creams, etc.), I consulted another doctor who helped me journal and identify supplements and/or changes to my diet just prior to the itchy conditions. We identified that I started this supplement 2 weeks before the itchy scalp symptoms began. This has been an absolutely horrible experience for me. I have spent hundreds of dollars on doctors, lotions, creams, antihistamines, etc. Also, some random headaches and stomach pain that I had not experienced previously, but the worst of my side effects is the itchy, painful arms that nothing but ice relieves."

For Dietary Supplementation "I took these gummy vitamins for two days and developed a bald spot at the top of my head. I wouldn’t recommend taking these pills, the side effects are completely the opposite of what you want when looking for healthy hair and nails. They also cause bad stomach cramps and I'm not on any medication, so I don't know what is up with these vitamins."

"I've been taking the hair, skin, and nails supplements for about 3 years now, and my hair has grown so much, and it is very strong. My nails grow very fast. It took a while for my skin to clear up, but I've always had issues with acne, but now my skin is finally at a much better place. I came to look at reviews to see if anyone else had results like mine, and I am very shocked that there are so many bad reviews. I guess this doesn't work on everyone, but thankfully this stuff really works for me. I'm a healthy 28-year-old, I work out 3 times a week, and I'm Latina, so I don't exactly eat healthy, this stuff didn't make me gain any weight. Also, sometimes I take 4 a day, but only because I have one container of pills at work and another one at home, to make sure that I actually take my 2 a day. But I know I've taken 4 at least a few times by accident. I do always make sure to eat before I take them, or else my stomach will hurt very badly, that was a lesson learned in the beginning."

"I’m a 20-year-old female, my health is average. I have alopecia, so I decided to try these out to help with my hair loss. I started getting stomachaches, gassy, and eventually constipated as well. The stomachaches got WORSE. I realized that maybe these vitamins were the culprit. So to be sure, I took only ONE gummy today. Within an hour my stomach was hurting really bad. I was doubled over in pain, about to cry. I had to take two Tums, it’s been over 20 minutes since I took those Tums, and my stomach is STILL hurting. I googled bad reactions to this product and found this page full of other customers’ reviews explaining their bad reactions to it. I wanted so bad for these vitamins to work out for me. I didn’t want to believe that my severe stomachaches were from these vitamins, but now I KNOW. Please don’t use these :("

For Dietary Supplementation "Diarrhea, constipation, stomach swelling. I blamed it on the cold, then I stopped taking it and I'm better. I only took 2 a day."
