For Dietary Supplementation "I’ve noticed I get headaches every time I take this supplement. It’s always later that night. I drink lots of water too. Even if I only take half the dose. Two pills with breakfast. The guy at the store says it’s due to detox of my body. They get lots of complaints though about headaches being a side effect."
