Levofloxacin for Sinusitis "I had bad nightmares, lightheadedness, dizziness, faintness. I won't wish this on my worst enemy! I missed work because after my doctor told me to stop the med. It stayed in my system for 3 days."

For Pneumonia "Was prescribed levofloxacin 750 mg for 5 days for recurrent bacterial pneumonia. Aside from some dizziness, I didn't have any side effects. Pain, fever, and shortness of breath are gone."

For Bronchitis "Have been off this med for over 6 weeks and still having side effects: diarrhea, headache, dizzy spells, muscle aches, and sleeplessness. Will NEVER take this medicine again!!!"

Levofloxacin for Bronchitis "The first dose made me extremely dizzy. The second dose had me very dizzy, passing out, and not being able to breathe. After a trip to the emergency room, I've decided I'm not taking this ever again."

Levofloxacin for Bladder Infection "If you don't drink enough water, you'll probably get a major headache. I have also experienced nausea and dizziness, again probably due to not enough water. It did clear up my infection, though."

Levofloxacin for Sinusitis "Levaquin has definitely begun to cure my sinus infection. After about 2 doses, I started to get relief. I have had no itching, but serious headaches and dizziness. Overall, great medicine for me!"
