"I was prescribed this after a laparotomy to remove a grapefruit-sized cyst in my ovary. They also gave me Demerol, but I noticed it hardly touched my pain level, while 15 minutes after taking Toradol, I would have relief. When they discharged me, they gave me a 3-day prescription of Toradol and a 30-day prescription of hydrocodone. I asked if I could get more Toradol instead of the hydrocodone, and they said no. Sure enough, once my three days of taking Toradol were up, I was back to being in discomfort again. The hydrocodone hardly did anything and gave me weird dreams. I ended up tossing it and taking Advil."

"I had knee replacement surgery and was given a hydrocodone combination along with a ketorolac prescription after leaving the hospital. It worked better on my pain than the opioids prescribed. I did not have any side effects. Wonderful drug."

Ketorolac "This was given to me after multiple surgeries stemming from a botched gallbladder removal. This drug gave me horrible hallucinations and extremely vivid dreams. It scared me to death and made me sweat profusely. I don’t ever want anything to do with this drug again."

Ketorolac "I had foot surgery. They gave me Toradol in my IV at the time of the surgery. My foot was slightly sore still, but it helped my arthritis so much I was shocked the pain in my knuckles was completely gone. I have been dealing with this pain for 3 weeks. Day 2 and pain is still gone."

Ketorolac "I had a total knee replacement about 18 hours ago. They did a pain block, which worked great until the last 4-5 hours. Now they are giving me Toradol with 3 OTC Tylenol. With the block now wearing off, the Toradol is not working at all. It just doesn’t work on me. I’m in misery."

"Got Toradol for a broken wisdom tooth, and it did absolutely nothing but make the pain triple and start radiating the pain in the abscess, and through my ear and down my lymph node. It bent me over in pain. I had a broken wrist at the same time, and this abscess hurts worse than that. It is the worst pain ever. My wrist hurt when put back in place, and I was fine, this pain doesn't stop just because of some junk Toradol. The worst thing I've ever had for pain."

"I was prescribed oral ketorolac 10 mg for my impacted wisdom tooth removal. I get about an hour of relief, and then the pain is unimaginable. Useless."

Ketorolac "I'm three days post-operation for a hemorrhoidectomy and a fissure repair. The pain is horrible, but the Toradol is working well. It works much better than the narcotics prescribed (Tramadol)."

Ketorolac "Allergic to morphine. After a major injury accident, doctor hooked up IV Toradol, and it was heaven. Could not feel anything from the nose down. Perhaps I'm overly sensitive, but it was a real relief."

Ketorolac "Less than 1% of study patients complained of hallucinations. But I guess I am in that 1%. I had to get off it after the third dose. Otherwise, it was a fantastic drug."
