For Dissolution of Dermal Filler "Had 1 nasolabial dissolved. Destroyed my connective tissue. Have been going to therapy. Refilled but not the same. Dent in my face. I will never be the same again. I take vitamins and see an esthetician. The cosmetic community has let me down. They told me nothing bad would happen and not to believe reviews. I have regretted this every day. I don’t know how I will make it through. I am devastated. This drug should be illegal except for emergencies. It makes me wonder what else I’m lied to about. It caused saggy skin and premature aging. Protect your skin. This has ruined me & caused great pain."

For Dissolution of Dermal Filler "Hyaluronidase permanently destroyed my skin. It did not detect the dermal filler in my face, causing my skin’s own tissue to dissolve. I am now left with caved-in cheeks, deep dents under my eyes, along with loose, saggy, and stretchy skin. Only a facelift can fix it. I am only 45 years old, but the damage Hyaluronidase caused has aged my skin by 10 years. Hyaluronidase can’t distinguish between HA in dermal fillers and HA in your skin, it dissolves what is easiest (your skin’s HA). Dermal fillers are highly cross-linked, which makes them harder to dissolve. Hyaluronidase is also used off-label to treat cellulite. POISON. DO NOT USE."

For Dissolution of Dermal Filler "If your doctor tells you it's safe, run! I thought I could take a risk, that it's used all the time. I saw these reviews, but my doctor promised he's never seen any side effects. These past two months have been hell. I've had face burning, head burning, eye burning, dry eye, fatigue, terrible eye bags, volume loss, saggy skin. I don't recognize myself anymore. I am getting tested for nerve damage this week. If things don't get better, I don't know how I can live like this."

For Dissolution of Dermal Filler "I have been systematically damaged by Hylenex after getting my lip filler dissolved. What was supposed to be 'safe' and 'effective' has changed my life for the worse. I’m 30 years old, and my facial skin is loose, very thin, textured, saggy, my eyelids are covered in veins and have lost their almond shape. My entire face has sunken and dropped. The skin on my body is thin and see-through, you can now see veins everywhere where you couldn’t before. It’s especially noticeable on my hands, chest, and feet. I have a greyish hue to my skin. I was never told this could happen from dissolver and have been dismissed by doctors. This has been an incredibly traumatic experience, and it doesn’t appear I will get any sort of help. Please think twice before dissolving. I’d only use it in an emergency setting. My situation was not an emergency, I just didn’t like how the filler was placed. I’d much rather have wonky filler than this. I don’t know how much longer I can bear this."

For Dissolution of Dermal Filler "Vile, vile, vile drug. I’m not sure it’s even legal to use! Destroyed my face and my immune system! My skin just melted after the doctor used this! My skin suffered huge indentations, sunken eyes, dry eyes, and saggy skin. My natural elasticity just disappeared over a few weeks. This injection is awful! And it seems to cause much longer-term issues. I had this injected about 10 years ago and there is still no research into the long-term side effects, because those injecting it are making too much profit, so sadly don’t want to invest in the impact of those suffering!"

For Dissolution of Dermal Filler "I had hyaluronidase injected a few weeks after some filler migration above my lip. I had no prior filler in the area, so it should have returned to the way it was just a few weeks prior. It dissolved my own natural hyaluronic acid, leaving a trench above my lip that looks like a sunken mustache. Although the hyaluronidase was not injected into my lips, it seeped down and removed my natural fullness (I have photos from before filler), leaving my lips and skin crepey and saggy. It has been a nightmare!"

For Dissolution of Dermal Filler "Systemic effects. Burning skin all over my body, especially arms, hands, and chest, saggy skin. 1 month post HYA, still burning. This is so awful."
