Fexofenadine / pseudoephedrine "I'll never take this again. I took this twice. Decrease in allergies, but I would rather deal with allergies than the horrible side effects. This drug made me an emotional wreck both times, extreme insomnia, and had vivid dark, self-harming thoughts, even though I am a very happy person. Also, I was very nauseous. I can't believe this stuff is available over the counter."

Fexofenadine / pseudoephedrine for Allergic Rhinitis "I tried some samples my doctor had supplied for allergy symptoms. It has helped my allergy symptoms and also seems to be an appetite suppressant. I had no adverse side effects. I got a prescription, and wow is it expensive! My insurance plan wouldn't pay for it."

Fexofenadine / pseudoephedrine for Allergic Rhinitis "Lately, I have been so confused and unable to focus in school. This began shortly after I started attending my university. I've been more irritable, I don't like anybody anymore. I've been less motivated, more depressed, socially withdrawn, have had more problems in my family/friend relationships, and I don't do things that I used to enjoy. This all began after I started taking this medication—I was doing fine in school and was motivated to succeed until I began taking Allegra-D. I wouldn't recommend this drug to anybody."

Fexofenadine / pseudoephedrine for Allergic Rhinitis "Completely ineffective and actually made things worse. My allergies were really bad this year, so a pharmacist recommended I try this. After three days, it's left me with incredible pressure in my sinuses and ears, affecting my balance, and had no effect on my runny nose. I'm stuck suffering another 24 hours until I can take something else. Will never use this again."

Fexofenadine / pseudoephedrine for Allergic Rhinitis "I used to take an allergy drug called Ornade some years ago. It provided me instant relief of my allergy symptoms (hay fever and ragweed-related). Since then, the only allergy medication that gives me that kind of relief is Allegra-D."

Fexofenadine / pseudoephedrine for Allergic Rhinitis "My husband is 83 years young - he took Allegra-D at 7:00 a.m. - at 11:00 a.m. he became dizzy and thought he was dying. He does have a heart pacemaker - and I should have looked online to check if it was okay to take the drug. He has taken Zyrtec in the past with no reaction, but it could be the D - that caused the problem."

For Allergic Rhinitis "OMG, I have been on fexofenadine for over two years, and for at least as long, I thought my insomnia was perimenopausal, but since I have ceased taking it, my sleep has come back. Call it coincidence, but this has aged me, and I will never fully be able to repair the damage it has done to me through lack of sleep. I will just use loratadine in the future, no more bad nights for me."

For Allergic Rhinitis "I'm severely allergic to mold, dust, and some seasonal allergens. Allegra D is the only medicine I've tried that gives me fast relief (within 15-20 mins from taking). An attack can come on very fast and is severe enough that I have injured myself scratching my face and eyes. I have a mild asthmatic-type attack with this also. This medicine is a lifesaver for me."

For Allergic Rhinitis "For months, I had pain on the top right side of my head, not a headache. No doctor was able to find out what is causing the pain and dizziness when bending over to pick up anything at all, but figured that maybe it would be some type of allergy to the nasal section. This medicine, FEXOFENADINE-D 24 HOUR, after a few days of usage, the pain has been released and I was able to bend over to pick up anything without getting dizzy. I was thinking that I was better and stopped taking it for a few days, and all symptoms came back. I'm not really good at medication information, but I know I have not gotten any side effects and am doing good when I take them as directed."

Fexofenadine / pseudoephedrine for Allergic Rhinitis "I've just started experiencing allergies one year ago and only during the winter. I've owned my own business for the last 15 years, and a new particular product that I use on my clients triggers my allergies. (There is no other product option for me to use). When winter hit again this year, the symptoms started again. I've tried EVERYTHING, Allegra-D is the absolute only thing that works! However, I have severe dry mouth, bad post-nasal drip, and constant coughing. I use an over-the-counter mucus release medicine, which WORKS! At the end of my workday, it's terribly hard to breathe, so I'm going to try Afin with the Allegra-D."

For Allergic Rhinitis "I've been taking Fexet D for the past two days, and I've been absolutely miserable. I have acute sinusitis, and this medicine does help with the congestion, however, it also makes me extremely nauseous, irritable, and depressed. It also makes me sneeze excessively and makes me extremely light-headed. Will not be taking it again anytime soon unless I absolutely HAVE to."

Fexofenadine / pseudoephedrine for Allergic Rhinitis "I have bad allergies, always have. This drug has ephedra in it, so anyone complaining about side effects - DO YOUR DILIGENCE BEFORE PUTTING A DRUG INTO YOUR BODY. Know what you are taking and the side effects. So... this medicine affects people the same way speed/stimulants do. Either good for your chemistry or the opposite. I personally loved it. It solved all of my post-nasal, allergy, sinus problems. Unfortunately, I became completely dependent on it. To the point where I had to take it or I could not focus/work. Well, after about 5 years, and as advertised, I developed some negative and severe side effects. I had to stop taking it because I slowly developed the opposite of a runny, stuffy nose. I became too dry. Sore throat. Hurts to breathe air in, and now... a year after stopping, I have a chronic sore, dry throat. I think I permanently dried out my mucus membranes, lol. REMEMBER people, research what you're putting in your body. I still give it 10 stars. Works. Or it's COVID, who knows!"

Fexofenadine / pseudoephedrine for Allergic Rhinitis "I had a bad experience with mold in my camper 2 years ago. Every morning, it would take 2 hours to clear my chest with coughing and hard to breathe. I suffered for 2 years, even when I’m not camping. Then, this year, I tried Allegra 24-hour, and my relief is almost instant and lasts all day. I have no side effects."

For Allergic Rhinitis "Allegra-D 24 hour has been the best thing for clearing my chronic rhinitis. However, I've also been suffering from excessive daytime sleepiness and am wondering if taking this in combination with Lexapro (for anxiety) is causing it."

For Allergic Rhinitis "Allegra-D (24 hour) does relieve my nasal symptoms very quickly, and the relief lasts a long time. The downside of this medication for me is that it increases my anxiety drastically. I lose my temper and overreact concerning the slightest things. When I came off of it, I returned to my normal self and began to enjoy life again. When I decided to go back on Allegra, I began to suffer from the same side effects. So I know it's the medication."

For Allergic Rhinitis "I have what I'll deem 'allergy attacks,' primarily to tree pollen. I tried Allegra for the first time, and it worked on my allergies. I took it at 3 PM Sunday and was better that evening. I took another pill Monday at 7 AM and a third Monday at 7 PM (instructions read once every 12 hours). Monday night, I went to bed at 10 PM, woke up at 12 midnight, and was unable to fall back asleep again. I was exhausted, eyes gritty, but could not fall asleep no matter what. I will try a lower dose (once every 24 hours), but not sleeping isn't worth curing the allergy."

For Allergic Rhinitis "It cut me off. I have been in recovery for 2 years. So it has been 2 years since I have felt this, but I would never forget this feeling, and this drug is not worth taking for me. I would never recommend this to anyone. This is highly addictive, and they should be working on finding something more effective without all the side effects. But I'm sure the government likes getting their money from the people after they get addicted to this. Do yourself a favor, do not take this medicine."

For Allergic Rhinitis "Allegra works really well for hay fever. I don't like the side effects, though. I haven't experienced insomnia, but I feel super hot (body temperature) when I take it. I also feel thirsty as well. I do suggest taking it on your day off to see how your body acts on it."

Fexofenadine / pseudoephedrine for Allergic Rhinitis "When everything else failed, I tried this for the first time many years ago, and it worked. If I stop it, the only bad thing that ever happened was I noticed I had some cold sweats at night. Other than that, I give it an 8. I'm going to take it 3 years after that time I had stopped. Let's see if it works again like it did the first time."

Fexofenadine / pseudoephedrine for Allergic Rhinitis "I have used Allegra-D for years. I believe it was better as a kid. I do believe they took something out of it when they put it over the counter. I find that I have to add another allergy pill with it at times depending on how bad my allergies are. I never used to have to do that when it was prescription. However, it is the most effective allergy pill still, and my doctor had me try a few, and none of them worked as well as this one. Some side effects are sleepiness and drowsiness. I do not use it long-term, maybe 3 to 4 days depending on how bad."

Fexofenadine / pseudoephedrine for Allergic Rhinitis "Picked a different allergy medicine, like with chlorpheniramine. I have allergies to dust and pet dander as well and have to travel all the time for work, and hotels always mess me up. Tried this (useless. A dust mask would have worked better than this junk). The pharmacy didn't have chlor triplon, which is what I usually use to prevent me from waking up having an allergy attack from nasal drip. Guess I know better now."

Fexofenadine / pseudoephedrine for Allergic Rhinitis "I had a terrible ear infection, even after using a full Z-pack. Went back to urgent care, and the Dr. gave me another antibiotic and told me to get an ENT, as she could only do so much. I booked an appointment with an ENT and was able to get in fairly quickly. The doctor told me to use Allegra D and Flonase for my ear infection. Frankly, I found it bizarre (I don't know if it's indicated for ear infections) but, trusting him, I bought the Allegra. It came with only ten tablets, and apparently that's the largest size my pharmacy had. I also found that weird, as they are never out of ephedrine HCl, which I use for asthma. The first thing I noticed was the *240mg* of pseudoephedrine, which is a massive dose. I hate pseudoephedrine, but this was surprisingly smooth. All I noticed was slight irritation and anxiety. I wouldn't want to take it again, but would if I needed to. It seemed to work decently for my ear, though I feel I still have an infection."
