For Birth Control "I started taking this birth control because I was bleeding when I was not supposed to be. I was on Junel Fe before switching to a higher dose of estrogen. At first, I loved it, never had any issues. Period was regular and overall was good for me in the beginning. I have just hit a year of being on Junel Fe 1.5/30, and the past few months I had noticed when I start my new packs of birth control after my period week, I am an emotional wreck. The tiniest thing would set me off and I would be in tears, and then 10 mins later I wouldn’t even understand why I was crying. Also, it would make my mood swings intense getting back on it from my period week. I also feel as if my sex drive has decreased, could just be the time of the month, but who knows. I personally think it is too much estrogen being put into my body once I start a new pack, and then when I start my period, I am like going cold turkey with no estrogen besides what is already inside my body."
