For Acne "I switched from the depo shot to Loryna to help with acne, and while it did help with that significantly, I’m halfway through my third pack, and I have become so anxious, can’t sleep, don’t want to eat anything, nausea, and I want to sob all day. Literally ruined my boyfriend's birthday because I was so incredibly anxious and crying we had to leave the bar."

For Premenstrual Dysphoric Disorder "I've been taking this for over a month, and I feel miserable. I will say it has helped with my acne, and it helped during that two-week period before my cycle where my PMDD really kicked in, but now starting this second pack of pills, I feel like a worthless monster. All I want to do is lay around, my house is a disaster. I don’t want to spend time with my family, and my sex drive is a -10. I have generalized anxiety and depression, which I take medication for, and I’ve never felt lower in my life than when I started taking this. It helps the PMDD and acne, but it is not worth losing all my joy."

For Acne "My dermatologist put me on this medication so I can start Accutane (you can't get pregnant on Accutane). My cystic acne is really bad, and it seems to be getting worse. I’ve been on this for about two weeks, and I’m having a mental breakdown. I quit Depo (birth control) at the beginning of the year since I’ve been on it all my life, and I’ve never dealt with hormonal issues. Today was terrible, I’ve done nothing but cry all day nonstop, and the slightest thing makes me super emotional. Everything makes me want to cry. My boyfriend had to rush over here just to check on me. Today was a really bad episode for me. I don't know if it’s because I took it on an empty stomach, but today is completely the pits. Guess I’ll try again tomorrow."

For Acne "Horrible experience with Loryna. Took it for acne, on the 3rd week and my skin is as bad as it was on the Mirena IUD. Giving me terrible anxiety and mood swings. The acne is killing me."
