For Premenstrual Dysphoric Disorder "To start off, everyone’s body is different, so your experience will be different than mine. I just wanted to share this in case someone has the same reaction I did. I decided to try Jasmiel to attempt to treat my PMDD, even after reading countless negative reviews. I only took this medication for three days and could not continue. The first night I took it, I woke up the next morning feeling slightly nauseous and developed a rash of hives on both of my sides over the course of the day. I assumed the nausea was from the pill and the rash was separate. The hives eventually spread all over my whole body after taking it the second night, and it had to be the most painful, itchy thing I have ever experienced. I was also vomiting and running a fever, and my lips were horribly swollen. I thought I had an allergic reaction to something, but I decided not to take it the next night just in case, and no vomiting or swelling the next day, and my rash was almost gone. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend."

For Birth Control "I used to take another generic version of Yaz, and it has no side effects, but Jasmiel has made my cramps worse, and I often get heavy spotting, and I've noticed my acne still flares up too. I'd recommend Yaz or Gianvi instead."

For Birth Control "Positive experience for my skin/acne, negative experience for my mental health. Lots of reviews talking about their skin: I had sort of a skin purge the first month of taking it, however, it cleared up and also cleared up the acne I had before this. I was recommended this drug because of my acne troubles in the first place, and it really did work for me. My skin has never been this clear! Mental health-wise, it really made my motivation go down and made me depressed, I don't think I cried this much in my life, however, it calms down after a couple of months of taking it. I've gained my motivation back. For a birth control itself as a contraceptive, it works so far. I am sexually active, and so far I have not been pregnant without any contraceptive (e.g., condom, Plan B). Other symptoms: slight weight gain & increased appetite, significant breast growth, bloating, period reduced to once every 3 months (approx)."

For Birth Control "I've been in Yaz, other forms of generics for close to 2 years with no side effects until the pharmacy gave me this version. I have been bleeding heavily, clotted for 3 weeks. Highly encourage another generic version or brand name specifically."

For Birth Control "Do not take Jasmiel if you value your skin. I was originally taking Mono-Linyah, but wanted to change to see if Jasmiel would improve my mood. However, Jasmiel made me very depressed and tired and caused my acne to worsen. I had bad breakouts on my cheeks, jaw, neck, and under my skin, and this caused me to be self-conscious. I did not complete the third pack of Jasmiel and changed back to Mono-Linyah. Less than a month later, my skin returned to normal, but the acne that Jasmiel caused left scars. I have never had acne scars before. Additionally, since taking Jasmiel and discontinuing it, the body hair that I had removed (armpits and eyebrows) has not grown back consistently."
