"When I first researched birth control, the reviews scared me. Weight gain, acne, mood swings, irregular periods. I almost gave up until I tried Jasmiel out of desperation for my PMS. Before, I only felt like myself one week out of the month; the rest was filled with mood swings, cravings, and exhaustion that affected my relationships, school, and work life. I’ve been on Jasmiel for one month, and the difference is huge. The only side effect I had was mild nausea during the first week, which went away. Since then, everything has been positive: clearer skin, steadier energy, stable moods, and no spotting (even after skipping sugar pills). The slight weight gain I’ve noticed has mostly been in my breasts, everything else completely stable. I was terrified of making things worse, but instead, Jasmiel has made me feel like myself again. Of course, everyone reacts differently, but based on my experience, I would highly recommend it."

"To start off, everyone’s body is different, so your experience will be different than mine. I just wanted to share this in case someone has the same reaction I did. I decided to try Jasmiel to attempt to treat my PMDD, even after reading countless negative reviews. I only took this medication for three days and could not continue. The first night I took it, I woke up the next morning feeling slightly nauseous and developed a rash of hives on both of my sides over the course of the day. I assumed the nausea was from the pill and the rash was separate. The hives eventually spread all over my whole body after taking it the second night, and it had to be the most painful, itchy thing I have ever experienced. I was also vomiting and running a fever, and my lips were horribly swollen. I thought I had an allergic reaction to something, but I decided not to take it the next night just in case, and no vomiting or swelling the next day, and my rash was almost gone. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend."
