For Insomnia "I have trouble sleeping since my mom passed away, plus a move too. So this really helps to calm me down, from my grief too, also to get the rest I need."

For Insomnia "I occasionally use the one-a-night Nytol and find them excellent. If I can’t sleep, I get up and take one, and within half an hour, have an undisturbed good night's sleep. I highly recommend them."
