For Osteoarthritis "I had recent blood work, and my AST (liver measurement) score was 60. The reference range is 7-37. My number was 23 on blood work taken 6 months earlier. Can Osteo Bi-Flex cause this jump in my AST score? I started taking it early October 2020."

For Osteoarthritis "After one month, hip pain and lower back pain dramatically improved. Haven't slept more than a few hours for the last 3 years due to severe pain, and now I can sleep all night. Used to have monthly flare-ups of full-body inflammation lasting 3-5 days. Fingers crossed... So far, no flare-ups!"

For Osteoarthritis "Osteo Bi-Flex is an amazing supplement for mobility issues and pain. To me, it was a miracle drug. The downside is I had bad side effects, which were difficulty breathing and my legs starting hurting really bad. It's too bad because it was giving me so much relief otherwise."

"Started taking the pills and the results were amazing, pain was gone, mobility was back. But on the negative side of things, side effects were terrible. I had 'rashes' in places you shouldn't and serious discomfort. Shortness of breath is a light term, I felt like I was being smothered, almost bad enough to call an ambulance. So I'm postponing to see if everything clears up and look for something else."

For Osteoarthritis "Standing up and walking was very painful in my knees, and one hip had to take painkillers 3 times a day. After 4 days of taking Bi-Flex, no pain, just a little when I first stand up, with some stiffness."

For Dietary Supplementation "I started using this product and had good results for a while, but when they reduced the size of the pills and they were then smaller, my results were not the same. I use it but still have more pain in my joints than I used to."

"2 days I've been taking this stiffness has subsided and pain is overall gone. This product was well worth what I paid for. I wished I had tried it sooner. So wonderful to be walking better and have no pain and stiffness. 5 stars."
