For Hypocalcemia "I love these because my nails grow and are strong. The other forms of calcium don't do that."

For Osteoporosis "Spring Valley's liquid-filled calcium (600 mg) with vitamin D is a very long (1 inch), large softgel. I have problems swallowing these softgels."
