"I have to admit, this drug really did help with my COPD symptoms. But I also have an enlarged prostate and diabetes. Frequent urinary symptoms went through the roof, as did bladder pain. I did experience heart palpitations for the first time in my life. As of this moment, I have stopped taking this medicine to see if I can get back to the level of suffering I was accustomed to."

"I feel like it helps me breathe much better. I got COVID pneumonia in 2020 and my lungs got all messed up. I used Symbicort for a few years, then it just kinda stopped working like it did. However, I feel like since I've been on Breztri, I'm getting constant muscle pains, in particular, my lower back and chest. I've been trying to figure out what's been going on, and I think it's this inhaler."

"I've had COPD for many years but only started taking medication for about 4 years. Been on oxygen that long also. Without inhalers, I would stay in the 60s for O2 saturation with O2. Of the others I tried, Breztri is by far the best. I couldn't take 5 steps without a break to catch my breath before using Breztri. My O2 saturation would drop to the 70s while walking before on oxygen and other inhalers. After starting Breztri, I would stay in the high 80s when walking with oxygen. Huge improvement. I can go to the store, walk with my wife, go to the library. It's expensive, but to live I need to breathe."

"This medicine is a huge relief from my condition when it dispenses the proper dosage! I'm so frustrated, with every new inhaler I'm hopeful for proper dosage, but the inhalers continue to clog up. I'm using more inhalers, hence more money."

"Medication works very well for maybe 6 hours, so I take one puff 4x a day. I am concerned the yellow inhaler provides more medication when it's first opened, and the dosage drops towards the end of the inhaler..."

"I agree with Commenter 'D'... I was on Trelegy, but over time, I started to use my rescue inhaler more. I was happy with Trelegy's once-a-day dosing... it may be a 'head trip,' but I feel safer at this time taking Breztri. Bevespi plus the ICS Budesonide is the same as Breztri."

"Before starting Breztri, I couldn't breathe. Couldn't enjoy life, and thanks to the Breztri program and help with getting the medication, I can breathe without any problem and haven't had bad flare-ups. Thank you so much."

"After the counter registers 40 puffs remaining, the drug is useless. Too many side effects, when combined with other drugs, like blood pressure medication, can make life miserable. Back pain, dry mouth, not sleeping are all taking its toll on me. As soon as I can find something with less side effects, I will quit using this."

"I have COPD and was constantly short of breath and restricted in activities. Taking Breztri this last week has been a game changer. I am no longer short of breath and able to function normally and sleeping better than I have for some time. I hope it continues to be as effective over a longer period of time."

"I love it! I feel like I am not ill at all. It is expensive at $1,500 per month, and that card will not work for me. Sadly, my insurance won't cover it, and after my second sample, I will have to stop it. I'll be back to not being able to breathe again. Finally found something that really works, and it’s way out of my reach."

"Swollen and painful knees and legs, spasms in most of the body, high blood pressure, rapid heartbeat, anxiety, and sore throat after taking. I do not notice any chest pain and only a minor feeling of breathlessness."

"Breztri has helped lessen my exacerbations in frequency and severity. Before taking this, I took multiple other medications, and those were causing my vision to have floaters. I don't have this problem taking Breztri."

"Have been using this medication for about 10 months now, and it works well when the dispenser works. The dispenser sticks, no medication comes out after several times, and the counter will keep moving forward. Will have to find another medication if they do not change it."

"Get rid of the yellow actuator, it does not work at all. I wasted two of them. It was driving me crazy, and the counter does not work. It put my health at risk. What a terrible experience."

"This drug has helped me so much, I hardly ever use my albuterol now. I am retired and can't afford this. I pray somehow I'll get to keep using it. Now to make it affordable for all."

"Trelegy was not lasting, so decided to try Breztri. Been on it 3 weeks, and my COPD is the same, sometimes worse. I was recently told I'm stage 4 emphysema, so maybe nothing is going to work well."

"The first time I used it, I coughed for 2 hours straight. I was told by the doctor to only use 1 puff in the morning and 1 in the evening. It does not appear to do anything but make me cough up mucus more, which is what I'm trying to avoid. I have also been very irritated and angry since taking it. I am calling my doctor to discontinue and find me something else. I do not have a rescue inhaler, which I need. Bad experience overall. 100 mcg twice a day."
